Massive congratulations to our very own Pete Simon! This weekend saw him finish the Spartan Beast race in 2:45:08 to secure a 2nd place finish in his category.
This finish at the end of the ‘trifecta’ series has now secured him a place in this year’s OCR world championships based on home turf in two weeks time.

Since starting, my fitness and endurance levels have absolutely rocketed!! I'm the fittest and more focused than I've ever been in my life ��� Pete is an awesome trainer and always finish every class absolutely destroyed from the workout (that's a good thing). The harder you work the better results, and I've had some great results!!! So for anyone looking to get your fitness levels through the roof,get training at TR you will not be disappointed!!!!

Just been to the first kettlebell sport seminar/course at Total Rebuild, I have very little knowledge on the sport but after a full day of listening to James and doing the practical parts I have come away with the information and techniques to start my kettlebell sport journey. I've been with total rebuild for about 3yrs and I've always really enjoyed it. Pete does really great classes and challenges you and helps you with your technique. I was nervous about starting here as I'm so out of shape. I need to go to classes and been to local boot camps but with working shift work in the hospital the sessions didn't really work for me. The timetable and membership plan work for me with 3 sessions a day. James is very friendly and everyone encourages each other. I've got a long way to go but done the hardest part...getting started again! Definitely recommend to all fitness abilities

I started last week, I'm not very fit but here it doesn't matter the classes are brilliant and motivating, I always look forward to my next class , they are tough but rewarding - everyone has to start somewhere and this is the place to do it.

I have been at total rebuild for 4 months, and cannot believe how much my fitness has improved and body shape changed. James's works you hard so that you can achieve the best results. If you want that beach body for the summer then this is the place to go.

Have been back at Total Rebuild since May after being away from it for the best part of a year. Lost a lot of fitness, put on weight in the wrong areas and generally felt crap, since coming back under Pete's reign, I can honestly say TR is better than ever. What Pete does so well is to concentrate in every aspect of fitness, from strength and technique to heavy fat burning sessions which include Body weight and kettle bells. In the last month or so, Pete's really helped with my nutritional needs and gives great advice (which all makes perfect sense) in how I can achieve the goals I wana hit. Since, recording BMI, muscle, water retention, measurements, metabolism etc, I've seen a huge change in that short month. Dropping 4kgs in the right places, slowly building more muscle, and fitness is getting back to where it needs to be. Pete's always looking to mix up the classes, add new and challenging sessions, and loves the opinion of his members. It's a great community too, everybody gets on, and we're always planning the next night out. Anyone looking to get fitter, lose weight, build muscle, be part of a community, whatever your level, I 100% recommend trying Total Rebuild.

Currently go to a few different classes at different places and this by far the best of all and I've probably ever been .. just wish I could handle more. Very challenging but at my pace yet Pete is very encouraging and clearly knows his stuff ! I love it.

Came this morning for the first time need to get my fitness levels up,did think the warm up was going to kill me all by itself

But I did the full class and loved it

Bring on tomorrow all by myself but I know it will be fine as I got such a warm welcome today not just from James but all the gym members

Best gym ever. I love a Kettle Bell. Pete makes really good post work out Victoria sponge as well, you just need to ask.

Been consistently going 3 times a week for a few weeks now and eating healthy most of the time but still eating crisps and drinking gin & wine when I want and am back down a dress size as I’ve just put a dress on that didn’t fit a few weeks ago � amazing trainer and amazing people !!
