Here's some photos of our OakApple cottage, one of two New build cottages built in 2011. Sleeping 6, it features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area for the larger groups to be able to socialize in the evenings after long days exploring the beautiful south Devon area.

We have had a Caravan at Twelve Oaks Farm for nearly 20 years, and go to it several times a year. Twelve Oaks is a place where the relaxation starts the moment you drive through the gates. Lovely warm swimming pool, very clean facilities and Andrew and Claire and their kids are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. A great place to sit out on the long summer evenings, and some of the best starlit sky's ever. Highly recommen.

Thirteen of us +3 dogs just spent a long weekend here, a great time away with personal friendly service on a working farm and only a short drive away from a number of beaches. We will definitely be visiting again next year, thankyou Clare and Andy

Lost the amount of times we have stayed here in our caravan,this is the first time we've stayed in one of the cottages apple blossom a has been the mostly relaxing and lovely break lots of country walks and love staying here on the working farm the family that live and work here are so friendly can't wait to comeback back hopefully won't be to far away a big thank you to Claire and Andrew for all there hard work bringing us this lovely site xx

Just returned after a 3 night stay at Twelve Oaks! It was our first time camping and we loved it! Pitches are large so you don't feel on top of your neighbours. The facilities were 5* and very clean!! We loved the heated outdoor pool & the Park is close to town. The owners were very understanding and accommodating when we phoned to say we wouldn't arrive until 8.30pm due to terrible bank hol traffic. Thank you for a brilliant stay - we will be back :-)

Just got home from a lovely week in oak Apple cottage, kids loved being on a working farm and Andrew and Clare were very welcoming and helpful �will definitely be back !

Just finished a 10 night stay here with my wife and 6 yr old son. Loved the site. Very clean, friendly and quiet despite it being a family site. The pool.was great and the park with the football nets kept most boys entertained for hours. Ideally located to all the places we wanted to visit nearby. Shame we didnt get the best of the weather. Would definately come back.

A wonderful campsite/caravan/RV Park plus it’s a working farm, Clair & Andrew are war, friendly & helpful, it has a great outdoor pool, fishing lake & park for the children plus a designated dog walking area. The toilet block is the best we’ve ever seen, boasting a family bathroom, roomy showers for men & women and a disabled toilet/shower and the water is hot! No like warm showers here �, it has a Washing up area and laundry room with machines and tumble dryers plus iron, it’s 20 mins from Torquay 30 from Paignton 15 from Teignmouth, Newton Abbot with its retail parks, shops and take seats 5 mins away, Teigngrace which is the village has a Lidl, pubs, Tesco express, take aways 3 mins from site, I’d recommend this site, it also has a huge farmhouse and holiday rental cottages
