TWILIGHT NANNY SLEEP SUPPORT.
What does this involve :
* if you are struggling to settle your baby or for them to sleep for very long and feel like you have tried it all I can help.
... * often a little ones struggles can be linked to different sleep associations! We support this with reassuring and comforting techniques - NO CC or CIO methods.
* One to one support & small groups, what's involved ? We sit together and go through all your routines, responses, and feeding / eating over a typical 24 hour period. From this we make a personal sleep plan to help support you and your baby. To follow I can then offer my daily remote support to see you through as things progress and change with daily emailed plans and phone chats when required too.
* New parent support also available from Newborn; settling advice, feeding tips, realistic routines / how and when to introduce these.
