Veryan Camping and Caravanning Club Site

Veryan Camping And Caravanning Club Site Description

Beautiful beaches, stunning cliffs, pretty villages and quaint hamlets all make up Cornwall’s unspoilt Roseland Peninsula. It’s here you’ll find our charming Veryan Club campsite just off the Roseland Heritage Coast. The South West Coast Path is a mile and a half from site and the great beaches of Veryan - Carne Beach, Pendower Beach with East and West Portholland Beaches just a little further.

Our campsite is blessed with some stunning views across the peninsula’s rolling countryside. Its secluded location makes the site ideal for those wanting a relaxing break. A small lake, a field for children’s ball games, plus a TV and games room are in addition to the toilet /shower and laundry facilities found on site.

The mild climate in and around the Roseland Peninsula means plants flourish here. The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, and the National Trust’s wonderful Trelissick Garden are testament to this.

Head to St Mawes, south of the campsite. From this pretty fishing village, catch the ferry to the seaside town of Falmouth. As well as great beaches, Flamouth offers the National Maritime Museum of Cornwal and Pendennis Castle.

Ready Camp is available at this campsite. (Please note that, although we welcome dogs on this site, in the interest of all guests we do not permit pets to stay within the Ready Camp tents).

just spent a wonderful 5 days here..:)

the site is extremely well run and all the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly .

we have a 20 yr old Talbot talisman van and its our 1st motor home .. so we are newbies lol

The mains hook up i had was too short so they lent me one ... the drive belt to the alternator came loose and people rallied round and lent me tools so i could fix it ...

i disagree with the comments about the facilities needing updating .. the facilities were spotless and functional and well maintained..

its a very quiet site ..well it is when the kids are back at school lol ...

we were lucky with the weather thou :) Mon 7th - sat 12th

big thank you to all the staff

.....Lynn and Andy ....

One of our favourite sites. Lovely beach at Carne only 5 minutes away. Newquay and St Austell and Truro only 20-30 minutes away. Fabulous site for children with plenty of grass and park to play. Shower block clean. Site staff friendly. We have been here a number of times and have just arrived for another two weeks. Plenty to do and most within an 30-60 minutes drive. This site always gets a thumbs up from us.

Loved the site and the people. I came over as support for my mum coz Dad was in critical care in Turuo hospital. Lin was great and helped mum with extending her time at the camp site as mum and dad were on holiday from Australia when dad fell ill. Everyone was so friendly and helpful oh exept the busses. Lol. Never on time but hay i didn't kill us.

Beware do not use this pitch unless you are guaranteed dry weather condition or it as been repaired.
