Meet lovely Lola who recently came to us to be neutered. 🐾 🔸Her owner opted for our “Comfort Pack” who helps pets to have a better recovery after the procedure and includes: intravenous fluids, laser therapy & medical pet shirt /comfy inflatable collar
🔸Lola had intravenous fluids given during her stay with us which helped her to eliminate the anaesthetics quicker and make her feel less groggy afterwards.
... 🔸After her operation, Lola had laser treatment which is a great way to reduce swelling and speed up recovery.
🔸And she was also sent home wearing a Medical Pet Shirt to ensure she didn’t lick the wound. Medical pet shirts are very comfy and a great alternative to plastic bucket collars. #vets4petsemersonsgreen #lasertherapy

Mrs Curnock has been bringing Rudolph along for laser therapy for the last few weeks, originally Rudolph had a wound which would not heal, we recommend trialing laser therapy, here’s Mrs Curnocks thoughts:

Wow! What an amazing team at emersons green! Me and my poorly pup were well and truly looked after today! In for 6 month check but with pups issues vet wanted to see us, I was made coffee while I waited 10 mins for him, taken care of by nurse and reception staff though out, and near end of our vist groom room staff came out and helped so were also amazing! I can't tell you how happy I am to have such an amazing team around my girl! Thank you sooooo much!

Vets4Pets are amazing. My cat was unexpectedly poorly and when I phoned they saw him straight away. Joe was absolutely fantastic nothing was too much trouble. He took time out from his hectic day to speak with me and reassure me that they were helping Reggie as best they could. Thankfully he's made a full recovery. The nursing staff and the reception team are angels. They are never too busy to talk to you and reassure you when you are frantic with worry. Reggie is now back to his normal happy self. I can't thank you all enough �

Unfortunately we had to make the decision yesterday to put our poorly 9 month old kitten to sleep yesterday. Joe the vet was so professional and supported us through every step and they kept the practice open past hours to bring our boy in for the procedure. Also thank you to Gina on reception who is always so lovely and was so kind to me before it happened.



I’ve seen most of the vets and at the practice with both cats and all have been so lovely every time. I don’t know how they do what they do everyday.

Top class veterinary practice. Welcoming and friendly staff. Compassionate too. Carla (Owner/Veterinarian) is absolutely fantastic - so knowledgeable and does not try to fob you off with things, etc like other practices that I have used try and do.

I am always recommending this veterinary practice to people and have no hesitation in doing so to anyone reading this - you won't find better than here for quality, compassion, a wide range of knowledge and the staff, from reception, nurses and vets will listen to you and work with you in what is the best for your pet.

This is by far the best vets we have every been to. All the staff go above and beyond to help you and your furry friends. We are so grateful for all they have done the last week after our beautiful golden retriever ate a plastic ball!! Xx

Thank you so much for the care you have given Hallie since her tail injury. Everyone is so lovely and kind and I love calling reception and they know who we are! Under horrible circumstances its so nice to be cared for so well... and Hallie is still happy every time we come despite the surgery, bandaging and prodding of a sore tail! Thank you :)

Simply the best vets practise in our area. Hasn't even been open a year and has already won practise of the year. Carla and her team or extremely caring and do a fantastic job looking after our pets. My English Bull terrier Darcy has had her fair share of trips to vets recently . Carla has been exceptional and I cannot thank her enough for getting her better and back on the road to recovery. Xx

Registered my two Netherland Dwarf bunnies here back in February and they have been nothing short of absolutely amazing. Right from when you walk in the reception staff are super friendly and polite, and the vets and nurses cannot do enough for you. Netherland bunnies are very high risk when it comes to going under anaesthetic and I was really worried but they were so understanding and really reassured us, the length they go to to care for them is amazing... and when it came down to it and the odds were against them, both bunnies made it through surgery thanks to them. They even called us throughout the day to give us updates on their condition. The staff are so knowledgeable and really great at what they do. I would 100% recommend this practice, wouldn't trust anyone else but them to care for my pets �

Love love love everything about this practice .... my maisey loves all the staff in particular jo who she has become attached to ... my girl has epilepsy, jo has been seeing her for a while now .

I can't recommend Vets4Pets Emersons green practice enough. All the staff are so friendly and have done an amazing job with Retro on both occasions he has had surgery. They clearly have the best interest of the animals at heart. We had the option to change to the vets4pets in Yate when it opened but despite it being closer to home we wanted to stay with Emersons Green because the level of care is so high and everyone is so lovely!

Had to take my little one in after eat ate something he shouldn't have. The staff were amazing. They gave Hamish all the treatment and tlc he needed.



Never left him alone before so I was a bit anxious but they looked after him really well.

Carla at vets for pets is absolutely amazing! She just knows what’s going on with my dog Jenson every time I see her.

I am a worrier and Jenson is my baby and probably at the vets more than he should be but I am always made to feel welcome and not silly even if I am over reacting!

Jenson has just come back from a post op after an appointment today and they fit him in to get it done and I was assured I had nothing to worry about.

By far the best vets I have had any dealings with, which is a lot due to my career. My dog has a very complex problem which means we are in and out of the vets at least once a week and we can not have asked for better care for our pet! Joe and Carla are fantastic and are always willing to go the extra mile, same for all the vet nurses and receptionists we have also dealt with. Continuing with his treatment, my pets will not go to any other veterinary practice than v4p emmersons!

Amazing! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our beautiful little girl Millie today.

We needed an urgent appointment for our furry friend, the care and treatment not only for Millie but also for me ( the blubbering wreck) was outstanding. We were kept informed throughout the day on how Millie was doing, how her operation had gone etc..

We cannot thank Carla and all the team enough for all the support and care they have given us through a very difficult day x

I didn't agree with a comment written on the notes by the vets which was interpreted incorrectly by the insurance co, as a result I had to pay out in full the whole bill. Whole experience caused me a lot of stress and vets4pets wouldn't wait for the outcome of my claim review before demanding money or threatening me with debt collectors. Whilst my usual vets highcroft have been fantastic regarding insurance process, kind and patient allowed me time for insurance outcome. I only visited as open on a Sunday and deeply regret the experience
