Visited the Gloucester store for the first time today - going back to my childhood from collecting and painting the Space Marines to get back into a very good hobby



Was welcomed and greeted to a very friendly atmosphere by Chris the Manager and his team who helped me every step of the way into how to play as it had been 10+ years since i last did anything with warhammer



came out with a new dark vengeance set and more knowledge than i ever have had of warhammer 40,000 and how to play - Awesome Job Chris and team..

Very friendly store, Chris the Manager is very helpful, and knowledgeable about the hobby in general. In 20 years of being in the Hobby, it's the first store which I have felt comfortable inside, because adults are treated as adults, Shabbas :)

Thank you Chris for spending time with Jack yesterday -Jack loved it.

Not knowing too much about the shop I walked past the store 3 months ago and looked in, knowing my partner liked the models and books I went to go in to find a "out for lunch" sign, as I went to walk away the happy and friendly manager opened up 10 minutes early for me to browse. I explained what I knew about my girlfriends interest in the shop and he managed to to point me and advise in the perfect gift I was planning, I love good customer service and Mark was one of the best I've seen! Skip to 3 months later and with the super friendly people who I've met that go to the shop to play and paint, also the new member of the shops team Dean who is also amazingly knowledgeable, pleasure to speak to and be around has even got me into the hobby and even a fun game every now and then! We often come to the shop weekly now and Mark and Dean are as friendly to us now as they was from the start! Amazing work guys!

Manager was engaging, competent, and above all friendly. Very nice experience overall and helped me get back into the hobby.

Lovely bunch and very experienced definitely worth going in and getting to know them!

I came back to the hobby after 12 years, Chris has made the shops atmosphere so nice and relaxing, very friendly place and a great painting teacher who even supports my crazy paint themes. Fabio the fabulous green ranger gives you sir, a 5/5~

Haven't been down for a while but have always been impressed with the enthusiasm and helpfulness. Best of all there is someone there that plays SBG

Excellent and relaxed atmosphere with knowledgeable and friendly staff

Chris, is really great, he helps out a lot and is good with kids. He has helped me out with my painting skills a lot and I enjoy being able to have a game or two in my lunch breaks there. Great fun all around.

Chris the manager is awesome, a fountain of knowledge and excellent customer service. The local gamers seem great and there's loads of parking locally.

Came in today to show my lad the things i used to do when I was younger. Within 5 mins one of the staff had my lad painting a Liberator which he could keep for free. Gained yourself a new customer in my lad who wants to spend all his pending birthday money, aswell as mine. We will be back soon.
