What an amazing place. Popped in with the kids so they could have a look and 2rs later left! Pete was amazing with my children.. loads of time for them, had us making figures and taught us how to play. They are still talking about it now and made their own with skylanders lol.

Will definitely be back for the real thing for birthday. Thank you for all your time and for bringing the game ALIVE.

Went to a beginners class today, now my sons are into the game, just so I could learn about it,

Had a brilliant time Peter and Ben are brilliant with kids, and answered every question, extremely helpful , with such a passion for the game I'm hooked too,

The best customer service out of any shop you could go in really friendly people always willing to help and give advice rather than take your money and rush you out

Super cool store team filled with useful advise and tips

Popped in here for a couple of minutes to get some paint and left over an hour later (we were so long that unfortunately we forgot about our car in the multi storey and it got locked in so had to get the train home..!) Pete was amazing and went above and beyond what we asked for. He did a great demonstration of a painting technique and let us try- I wouldn't of had a clue how to do it if it wasn't for Pete. We will defiantly be back. He is an absolute credit to the store.

My son and husband popped it today and we didn’t get them back for about 2 hours ! Rory our son was taught how to assemble , paint and game with the models and has come home totally enthused and has spent the evening making and painting! Thank you to peter for your enthusiasm and for inspiring rory with such fun! We shall definitely return!

As a mother of a teenager who's into Warhammer, I wish to say a MASSIVE thank you for assisting me with my list. As a non player you took time to help me and explain what was needed and why. You also helped me order gift vouchers with your online shop and gave me an invite for my son to join in a gaming session one Saturday. There is everything in your store and more for every level of gamer. It was also the best Customer service ive had ever from any store which include John Lewis & M&S. Absolutely fantastic my Fiancee and I came in Saturday the 10th of March for the first time and we were treated like regulars soon after the tutorial the next day I bought the starter pack and I don't regret anything I absolutely love it!
