We have just returned from a weeks stay at Warmwell and cannot wait to rebook for next year. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but I have nothing but good things to say.

Firstly the accommodation. We booked an Osmington 3 bed originally, which we did see, and it was clean and spacious and in a great location by the entertainment complex. We did however decide to upgrade on arrival to one of the new Lodges with a hot tub. And wow! It was amazing. Modern, clean, and had every little mod con you can ask for. It was better than our kitchen at home! And the hot tub was perfect after a long day with 2 young children. We also had a peek round a Dorchester as we will likely book that next time and it was a really lovely lodge.

Secondly, the staff. We had a couple of issues with our lodge when we arrived. The main one being that we had no gas. To be fair they weren't expecting anyone to be in there so we weren't annoyed. The maintenance guy came straight out after we reported it. He needed to call an external engineer, who was there within 20 minutes and all was fixed. All the staff were helpful and friendly so no complaints.

We ate at the restaurant twice. It was nothing special but the food was absolutely fine, and not too expensive either. You expect to pay a bit of a premium as they have a captive audience but I didn't feel ripped off.

As our girls are quite young we didn't really see any of the entertainment. We ventured to the kids disco once and it looked really good. The entertainers made a real effort. We'll definitely go next time.

And lastly the complex itself. We really liked it. The swimming pool was fine, if a little dated, but clean and perfect for what we used it for. The bar and the arcades were good. The soft play and roller skating rink were a really good addition. We also used the ski slope, which was good value for money and an extra bonus to this park.

Overall we absolutely loved our holiday. The park is beautiful and we can't recommend it enough.

I cannot recommend this place enough.

It is gorgeous. Having booked with a newspaper deal we weren't expecting anything special in terms of accommodation, we had the most basic of lodges available at warmwell but still found it perfect. Very spacious, clean and well equipped. The decking was fantastic too.

We shared breakfast lunch and dinner with ducks, deer, squirrels, and even a little hedgehog.

The troupers were excellent. Harry and aaron especially. Coral has a sensational voice.

The bar staff are friendly, (only one young guy I found to be too cocky but he was easily ignored). Had food in both on site chippy and restaurant despite hearing awful reviews and found the food was really nice and the prices reasonable.

Swimming, skating, soft play, outdoor parks, and ringos were all a huge hit with the children. (Didnt have time to play mini golf)

100% will be back again.

We just came back today from the Holiday Park with my other half and parents. Check in was smooth, only thing is the cabin was a bit tricky to find. I think a map on the side of reception would have been good along with the leaflet and some oversized signs. The view from the cabin however was beautiful and well worth it. We got upgraded from a 2 to 3 bed lodge just because. The lodge was vintage looking but cosy and warm and spacious. The rooms slightly outdated but that can come with being in an old fashioned lodge. The beds were a little springy but you soon get used to that after the first night of adjusting.

The tv in the lodge was fab and the kitchen had all the utensils required.

The activities on the park were second to none and truly had so much choice compared to many places. We did archery in the evening Tuesday and it was very quiet just the 4 of us so got a lot for our money.

The ski slope was great the rings you sit in where cool and instructors knew a lot. The only down side was the trek up the slope to get to slide down. The hold on and glide up thing only worked for skiing and snowboarding. It was always nice to watch the pros at it.

I’ve seen some comments about the Restuarant but this week we went twice and honestly the food was delicious. Came out within 15-25 minutes piping hot on Monday evening and then yesterday evening was just as great. Staff everywhere where friendly, approachable and witty.

Only thing was bar staff tended to forget you where there sometimes and chat amongst each other rather than serve your drinks promptly. But the cocktails were lovely although slightly pricey.

All in all there is plenty to do in the park, planned a second visit for early next year. It’s even better off peak as you get to savour the moment. Definitely worth a visit!

Only marking down for springy bed as I like me sleep!

2nd time ive been to Warmwell and my veiw of it is still the same. The location, wildlife, entertainment and activities are really good as was the accomadation me and my boyfriend was in. But the food in the evening wasnt as good, breakfast was always great, time it took to get to it and quality. Dinner not so, we went twice to the resteraunt in the week we stayed, i think it was sat and thur. Saturday was ok food was warm, not piping hot but it was average, on thursday we were told our food would take 40mins (fair enough it was busy) after an hour starters came out, very oily yet again warm, only took 10 mins for our mains and that was very oily to, plus the next morning i felt ill and had a bad tummy...

Dont get me wrong Warmwell is lovely but the food served at the resteraunt isnt as good as other holiday parks ive been to. I would still come again but i wouldnt ever again spend money on an evening meal on site.
