We had our recent wedding at Waterside Cornwall on 5 th May 2018, We would just like to Thank all the staff at Waterside for all the help and support organising the wedding, Also for all the help and support on the wedding day, We stayed in one of the lodges and found it to be very warm and comfortable, Some of our guests stayed in the lodges feedback being that they are very nice, plenty of space, , Thankyou Waterside John and Kay Lander

We had a fab holiday here in October staff were fantastic nothing was to much trouble. We looking at coming back again as loved it x

Omg where do i start. From the begining was 1st class from arriving for our friends wedding reception right up to our lodge. Staff were so pleasant and welcoming. Nothing was to much trouble, we were so looked after. Would defo come and stay again even just for the Jacuzzi bath that was to die for. Thank you once again to all the staff. You even tried my youngest daughter out with your fun day.

Lovely place! Atmosphere is amazing, always clean and well looked after! Can't wait to get married there �

Lovely 4 night family break. Friendly welcoming staff. Lovely accommodation. Peaceful and relaxing environment. Ate at restaurant/bar 3 times excellent service and food. Would definitely recommend.

Just had our first family holiday to Waterside Cornwall. Our lodge and hot tub were beautiful, grounds were lovely, great park for the kids and fishing lakes. Staff were 5star, especially 'Chloe' who works on Reception, thanks for all you help and advice on activities for the kids. Fantastic trip, couldn't fault it and will definitely be returning next year �

Had a wonderful week long family holiday the first week of July. We had a bungalow with a hot tub.

The bungalow was spotless and very spacious. The hot tub was a real treat and was checked by staff every day.

All staff were so friendly and polite. Steve, who did the entertainment, was brilliant. He put everyone at ease and had a bit of friendly banter with everyone. He was really good with the kids too.

The play park was ideal for our 8 year old.

The swimming pool was a wonderful as the water was always warm. Every time we went it was quiet and we even had the whole pool to ourselves at one point. The sauna was really good too.

The restaurant was excellent with a good choice of food.

The only minor criticism was the bar bill seemed to depend on who served you. The price list displayed on the bar did not match the prices charged. Our order varied in price by over £1 over the course of the week!!

The site in general was clean and tidy (apart from geese droppings).

We would have no hesitation in returning here in the future.

Waterside is beautiful in everyway. Really peaceful and the lodges are well equipped and very clean for the most part. My only reservation is that there were a few incidents where a swarm of ants started coming out from the boiler room in the lodge. The reception team didnt have anyone that could come over. They also didnt have a replacement lodge for us. Personally I didn't mind but the kids were slightly freaked out. The swarm managed to get inside my wife's chest of drawers. There is also little to no mobile reception in some areas and no wifi for those who wish to use it. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Few issues with lodge however great customer service lovely staff and very clean lodges.
