Dogs are permitted all year round on the section of the beach directly to the right of the lifeguard tower (tidal beach) and between groyne 4 and 9 on the main beach.

We have just returned from a week at Welcome, 3 adults, 1 teenager and 2 under 5's. We arrived around 2.30pm expecting to be told we were too early to check in as the info pack says 4pm for check in, however we were greeted with a smile and told our lodge was ready....easy peasy! We booked the Casita lodge and can tell you it was just perfect,plenty of room for all if us and very clean, we were able to park almost next to it (2 cars). The site has everything you could want.....we never had any issue using the pools, kids loved the playground. We went to the club each evening, the entertainment was great...early on very much for the kids,which is how it should be i think....one thing i would say is the evening show starts a little too late (10pm) kids were over tired at this point. Dawlish beach is just beautiful, we spent most days having fun here. Dawlish centre, Teignmouth and Babacoombe are just spectacular and i would recommend visiting these places too! We all agreed that we would definately return to Welcome, the park, the staff, the lodge all amazing. Thank you for a lovely holiday!.......And a personal shout out to Pat (dont know your surname)..A big thank you to you.

We have being coming this park for a few years now, during our last stay for the last two weeks for April, my 5year old daughter had an accident, and fell in the pool area resulting in her head needing to be glued, two life guards one called Ash & not too sure on the others name! were amazing with her, kept her talking and even got her laughing as well as trying to keep her awake, very friendly i couldn't be anymore happier with the way they dealt with the situation, this is a lovely park and they have some amazing staff! The accommodation is lovely and clean. See you in August ’┐Įx

We have been staying at Welcome every year for about 7 years now and we absolutely love it there. We are always made to feel very welcome and it has become like a home away from home. The entertainment team are brilliant and there is loads to keep the kids busy. See you again this year ­¤¢Æ’┐Į’┐Į

We got back on Monday and we had a fantastic time my kids enjoyed every single bit of it and we back very soon the reps are fantastic with the kids the shows are amazing and the k you for a great weekend x always have loved this place x from when I was a little kid myself x

Mark Price and the team have excelled again this year with their amazing shows well done guys and I must say that the food at welcome bite is much better than previous years and the sharing pizza is amazing value for money

Just returned from welcome and I would definitely recommend. The grounds are kept lovely and clean, staff are all very welcoming and the entertainment was fantastic! Our little girl had a brilliant time and we will be returning :)

Just got back after a long weekend 1st time i have stayed on this site in over 15 years. Caravan was amazing, pool was good maybe a little small for the size of the park, and the club house was great for families. Will Definitely be back in the future. Along with ladysmile this site is best in Dawlish Warren ’┐Į

Boiling, if you had a problem they would fix it straight away it was all so clean and the staff was very polite, the entertainment was so good especially star day night , definitely would come here again!!! Xx

It was our first time here and couldn't have picked a better place to go with the kids they absolutely loved it and didn't want to go home all the entertainer's are fantastic will be going here every year now ’┐Į can't wait to go again and would like to say a massive thank u to all the staff for making it an amaizing holiday will see u all soon I hope

It was our 1st stay at welcome and wonŌĆÖt be our last the entertainment was brilliant lion king was amazing my kids are still talking about it now! The swimming pool was by far a big hit with my children who spent hours in there!! plenty of things todo and shops all within walking distance and reasonable prices our bungalow was lovely spacious for 6 of us plus the dog with everything we needed! CanŌĆÖt wait for our next visit ’┐Į’┐Į

Special thank you to security staff who working hard to keep this place lovely and secure . it is not first a first time we visited this place and there is a reason. Lovely park settings, great staff ,close to the beach and shoos,nice and clean caravans , buce swimming pools and great enterteinment!! Thank you and hope see you soon from family Wysoczanska x

Had the best weekend here!! We were recommended by a friend last minute and we wasnt let down, the whole park in general is very well looked after and the entertainment is the best ive seen at a holiday park, will definitely be coming without a doubt only problem. & what makes it better its a very short walk to the beach and attractions. Only slight problem we had with our visit is we went to eat at the welcome bite on saturday which is stated to be open all day which it wasnt at 3pm but the staff were quick to open up but when they did we went to order a pizza and was told it was off of the menu as it wasnt worth turning the pizza oven on for one customer although we was willing to wait for it to heat up, but apart from that all was very good!!

First time at this place for hubby and myself and we were really impressed with the place it was nice and clean our Bungalow was great it had all the mod cons you would need for a weekend away.

there was a family club house a swimming pool a few shops just outside of the park with a really nice fish and chip shop

the staff on site were all friendly and we canŌĆÖt thank the cleaning crew enough especially as one of the children from our family staying in a caravan left her Nintendo switch games and cover behind and they handed it in and was returned by post

Been coming her for years, as long as I can remember. Just saw the show tonight and I will happily say that the greatest showdown Cabarette is one of the best shows I have ever seen at this holiday park. I have never been disappointed with the shows here, but as a musical theatre enthusiast and student I was overwhelmed with the show and all the talent. Well done! A great show! Ps the rest of the site is also great !

Amazing we have been going every year for the last 5years and then again this year in August, we all ways get two caravans as there is 12 of us that go,

The staff are amazing and all ways there to help as two years ago my son went missing and all the staff and management were out looking for him and couldn't do enough for us but we finally found him and he was ok after 20mins which felt like a life time, but I couldn't thank them enough for wat they done that day ,

Plus mark and the entertainment team are amazing , wouldn't go any where else for a holiday ’┐Į’┐Į

Absolutely loved it me and the kids stayed for a week in 303 the only thing that happened was the lights kept flickering and fire place stopped working and got tap stopped working twice but they were amazing came out and fixed it ASAP as art from that I loved it deffo come again ’┐Į xxx

We've been coming here for 10 years. The park is spotless, the staff are awesome. The Entertainment staff look very chic this year and have so much energy ( haven't seen a show, so can't comment on that).

The only reason its a 4* not a 5* review, is the fact that the accommodation (apart from the Casa Rio! ) is starting to look a bit tired - we've tried the Casita, the Casafina, Wayfarer, Casa Rio and Sunrise. The accommodation is always spotless, though.

We will come back ’┐Į

Been coming here since I was a child and it's lovely to see Mark and Matt from entertainment are still her all the staff seem very polite and helpful if I could pick any faults it would be that the menu we where given at reception was different to the one in the club and empty alcohol bottles left on top of the cupboards in the caravan but all in all we are enjoying it here

Would of been 5 stars if there wasn't a few problems. We have just returned home from caravan 235.



1st problem bed bugs. Bites all over my face and my daughter has bites all over her chest. We are covered in them where as the other kids just have a few bites.



2nd problem. It was more like an 18-30s complex that a family resort with all the drunken shouting late into the night. (obviously out of staffs hands what others do but this needed staffing to tell people to quite down) It was every night. We like a drink but when its 2.30 am and you have kids and people are shouting, swearing etc its not on.
