We had our wedding here on Saturday and the day was an absolute dream. From start to finish Siobhan has been completely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Ian and Graham were with us all day Saturday and were absolutely fabulous. They were extremely attentive and attended our every need. We also want to give a massive thank you to the rest of the Weston Hall staff. You were amazing. The food was delicious and everything went exactly as we wanted. We can highly recommend Weston Hall. Thanks again guys ��

We had our wedding here on Saturday 8th July 2017.... I want to say a huge thank you to Siobhan who was absolutely amazing from start to finish .. incredibly helpful and so very nice .. nothing is too much trouble .. I would also like to thank all of the staff as the food was excellent , the bar staff were all great and the hotel is really quite a hidden gem..

I am so pleased I picked this hotel for our wedding and will certainly reccomend to people in the future .

Spent two nights here in this amazing hotel. Friendly staff, lovely food, set in beautiful well manicured gardens and the best thing you can bring your dog. Definitely be back x

I had my 40th ball here yesterday, it was out of this world, the staff (Siobhan and Danielle) were amazing and the food was scrummy. All guest had a fantastic time. I will definitely be booking all

Hotel was beautiful, the setting was perfect. We met friends there that we hadn't seen for five years and was able to sit and chat the night and morning away without being bothered. The only downside was the restaurant staff, they were quite rude talking over us and impatient with us taking time to chose from the menu. If I lived in this country I would definitely go back as this was a beautiful country retreat.

A huge thanks to Siobhan for all the help during our wedding preparations. We changed our mind about things regularly and she could not be more accommodating! He day itself could not have been coordinated any better. Myself and my husband are very grateful for the extra mile that Siobhan and staff during our ceremony went to. They regularly checked that I had eaten, which was amazing considering I was on a drinking mission after wedding photos. Even after the buffet had been served and had been tidied, they asked if I wanted a burger making and long after the chef had gone asked if we wanted a sandwich or something doing by themselves. Cannot recommend enough! ���

The food and location were beautiful the room was well presented clean and perfect!! Down side!! My back is suffering the after affects of a very hard mattresses.

Springs sticking into me and god knows what the rooms next to me must of thought as I had such a squeaky bed that it also woke me up...

Entertainment was good. No air conditioning was on�Room was far too hot� , spent more time outside than in.

I have been several times at xmas but have to say this was the worst my prawns were crunchy and tasted frozen the potatoes and yorkshire puddings were overcooked, im still amazed i had to line up to get my main course? Really its not like i paid for a £6/7 carvery the least i could of had was someone serve it to me !! We waited so long for our tea/ coffee eventually it arrived at 10.20pm nearly 3 hours after the starter and then my tea was nearly cold not impressed really with any of the food or service tonight :-(

Beautiful, grand mansion, with period features. We were ground floor, room 6. On entry, we noted it was rather small, but room enough for two! Spotlessly clean, throughout. The quality of tea & coffee on offer was rather bleak, cheap, and tasteless, so 0 points there. The bed seemed old and tired, lots of roll together, so not ideal for a menopausal female; just a 2 for the bed. The shower was lovely, nice and powerful, so 5/5, although the water seeped badly out of the glass shower door, soaking the floor and mat, so a tad dangerous when getting out. I used a bath sheet to soak up the puddle created!!

Food was delicious; no issues at all - 5/5

A nice place with very friendly and helpful staff. The full English breakfast was good but we were there as part of a works Christmas bash and the meal was disappointing. The portions were small with very little meats. The room we booked was small and looking a bit tired and the heating was very low. We had a good time but I won't go there again.

we was there lastnight the food was cold there wasn't much there on plate the pudding was cold had to send it back the lights stayed on for agies after eating the meal we had to ask when are the lights going to lower the dj well wat a shambles he wasn't the best played songs u couldn't really dance to we requested a song but wasn't played till near the end when most people had gone they had of thought it thought with our group as we had 2 disabled people and they put us right at the bottom which it was a struggle to get to the toilets had to keep asking people to move which is the last thing people won't to do when toxicated we should of been by the door I won't be going again

No lift and 2 flights of stairs to my room . 4 poster bed maroon carpet and very noisy floor boards. The bathroom did not match the room it was all modern as if they ran out of money . Cobwebs everywhere. Breakfast so slow ordered poached eggs they came out solid .

I was at the Christmas party last night. Okay first thing i'd like to comment on is the resident DJ. If this is the DJ you hire everytime you host these 'parties' can I warn your future customers right now...If you're an Abba fan or love a bit of Boney M..yes I just said Boney M! Or always love a dance to cha cha slide at a party, it'll probably be up your street. But if like me and quite a few others, you have taste in music, just be prepared to sit for a couple of hours people watching. The food was mediocre and I had 3 roast potatoes..umm I think they were roast potatoes, they were that over cooked they nearly ended up on someome elses table, could have done with a steak knife to cut them! And well we were seated right next to the kitchen and double doors which kept letting in a hefty draft! The alcohol is always over priced and frankly I just don't think you know how to please your customers. Awful DJ and was lacking in atmosphere for me. Will not be visiting again!

Where do we start? Mark the assistant manager called us sarcastic bitches in the restaurant in front of other guests, we were made to feel as if we were in the way of the main wedding reception which was taking place, the burger we ordered was bleeding all over the chips, on arrival the receptionist was less than enthusiastic about the chef serving us lunch (we only wanted a sandwich!) The star in all of this was our waiter Nathan who was fantastic all the way through, providing us with 1st class service. Gorgeous hotel - shame about the management �
