We have been here twice, very much enjoyed both times. Lots and lots of shops inside and out and lots of places to eat. Next time we come we are thinking of staying over at the premiere inn and then we can try the cinema and bowling out. So much to do as a family.

User

Amazing place to shop. Love it. ItŌĆÖs got all the shops I love & Nandos.

User

All good got everything u need under roof. shame car park is a bit pricy as would have stayed all day.

User

Parking for a ┬Ż1 after 5 bonus..

Eat till 9 bonus..

Shops open till 8 bonus..

Clean & tidy apart from the toilets..

& not a bloody bin in-sight! No wonder you walk in shops & theres empty cups everywhere, unless you want to carry it everywhere until your able to find a bin dont bother buying anything inside!!

User

Nice place with plenty of shopping, dining and leisure activities. Beware the parking charges in the podium car park even on a Sunday it charges ┬Ż10 for over four hours if you arrive before 5pm. Just to add insult to injury the car park barriers were open and I could have just driven out without paying. Seems a bit of a rip off especially on MotherŌĆÖs Day when people were more likely to spend more than 4 hours there.

User

Had a a great time shopping this morning but the floor in the podium car park is very sloppy with no signs. I slipped over and have really hurt my back, not good at 8 months pregnant. Thanks to the lovely family who helped me. IŌĆÖve called to try and report it but just keep getting a recorded message. If someone could contact me regarding this IŌĆÖd be very grateful.

User

Do not purchase a West Quay giftcard. Most shops do not welcome them. My card expired but West Quay would not reissue one. Poor customer service.

User

Whilst visiting the maze a couple of weeks ago we had a look round the new part of West Quay where the entrance to the cinema is. My children were happily playing with the interactive screen when a security guard appeared, told them to take there shoes off which there were no signs for and stood and watched them the whole time we were there. It made me feel very uncomfortable and it felt as though we shouldn't be there so we left quickly. WEST QUAY - Please don't put a children's area in if they're not really allowed to play there or tell your security guards to lay off, either will Do!!! ’┐Į

User

Took my daughter to the cinema and a bite to eat. Got there at 4pm so too early for the cheaper tariff but wasn't expecting to pay ┬Ż10 for 4 hours parking!!!!! 2 mins over the 4 hours. Why is there such a big jump compared to the other carpark????

Went into Harry Ramsdam in the food court upstairs and they've bumped the prices up because of minimum wage rise and no drink anymore.

Think I'll stick with Whiteley that has free parking, lovely cinema and plenty of restaurants.

User

In the food court disappointing that there are no recycling bins for plastic bottles

User

Ice Skating: a great idea and a lovely setting but the adult boots were utterly dreadful. I have skated at a lot of different rinks and never had such rubbish and painful boots. It is also total mayhem at the end of the session. But a great place to do it, please do it again with a skate hire provider that doesnŌĆÖt cut corners with the skate quality!

User

I was disappointed to take my toddler to West Quay today (hottest bank holiday on record) only to find the water fountains were not in operation. Why was this please?

User

Had a nice day until the ┬Ż10 parking charge for just over 4 hours and we were over 4 hours because a westquay rep asked us to do a 'quick' survey about westquay!! We won't be going again!!

User

skating was our Christmas treat . The rink was waterlogged and over crowed. Health and safety nightmare . The manager told us it was perfect condition????? Never seen an ice rink like this before . Definitely won't be going back .

User

The lifts are terrible! Closing on people and harming them!!

User

The lifts are awful. Just closed on my goddaughter, where she was in her pushchair and as we was going in, the doors managed to close on her ear which is now bright red where she is now crying her eyes out from pain! IŌĆÖm am very angry with what happened. I think west quay need To have a proper look at their lifts!! They need to have sensors on that stop when people are entering and coming out from them!!!

User

Hoist in only disabled toilet still not working... no available date as to when it will be! I work in a special needs school and if our hoists break down we pay to have them repaired in hours, not weeks, so why hasn't Westquay got theirs repaired yet ... not much over ┬Ż100 for a hoist callout ... disgusted they can't be bothered to sort this in time for the school holidays ’┐Į

User

Generally like West Quay but hoist in changing places toilet being out of action means we just can't go there even if we wanted to. Will take our money elsewhere ’┐Į

User

Although I love to shop in the centre, your car park charge of ┬Ż3 for just 20 mins is an utter disgrace, how you justify that is beyond me! ItŌĆÖs totally disgusting!
