Weymouth College Community Sports Centre

Weymouth College Communtiy Sports Centre opened as a community sports centre on the 27th May 2006.

The Sports Centre's Fitness Suites boasts two floors of state-of-the-art equipment. The upstairs Fitness Suite has a wide range of free weights including a barbell rack, Olympic bars and weight plates, Olympic bench and squat rack, kettlebells, TRX suspension trainer and a core specific area which offers Fitballs, Bosu Balls, balance aids, medicine balls and foam rollers. Our downstairs Fitness Suite has an extensive range of cardiovascular and resistance machines as well as additional free weights, cable machine and smith machine. As accessible when purchasing one of our affordable memberships.

Currently the centre has 4 qualified fitness instructors and all staff have training in First Aid. 2 external Personal Trainers operate in the centre and can be contacted through reception. The centre has disabled access throughout and free Wi-Fi access to all members.

Also available is a full sized sports hall with which can be booked for a range of activities such as badminton, cricket, volleyball, five-a-side football, tennis, netball and table tennis.
