What a spot we had for dinner last night at The Beach House on Widemouth Bay. The Beach House serve local fish dishes and beers for a reasonable price with incredible views of the sunset from Widemouth Bay!

This is the start of our new all weather track around Whalesborough! 6 miles of Whalesborough from the Weir, to Widemouth Bay and back along the canal, hopefully ready by the start of the summer holidays! third year for us at whalesborough. Proves that having a dog doesnt mean having to put up with second rate dog hairy cottages. We have now stayed in sand parks little main and calf house all absolutely superb cottages and lovely setting . Dead easy to find . The Weir is very relaxed for a beer too! New pool wasnt quite finished but is another great attraction

fantastic holiday my second visit here wow has it changed since 2010 but for the better. 5* accomodation, lovely new indoor pool and spa, very dog freindly great walking and a bonus was the lovely weather we will be back thanks :) xx

We stayed here last Summer for a week - with our dog and could not think of a more relaxing and perfect luxury break - the pool is outstanding and was empty most of the time!! James & Sharan were so kind & helpful and the kids adored collecting the chicken eggs each morning - we will be back and have recommended you to family and friends - thank you x

Stayed in MiddleHill for our anniversary and it was worth every penny, totally chilled 5* luxury. Games room was awesome and so was the pool.

Simply the best! They've thought of everything. We've had an amazing week and taken full advantage of everything Whalesborough has to offer. Uber dog friendly but most importantly, so much to keep the children occupied. Donal is a legend - daily Duck Olympics are not to be missed! The indoor play barn was a huge hit, as was the spectacular pool. We've already booked a return visit. Superb.

Outstanding! Amazing! Very welcoming and dog friendly too. The kids loved being interactive with the farm animals and couldn't wait to feed them every day. All the facilities whalesborough has to offer is one of the best we've encountered yet. So close to widemouth beech and bude. Thoroughly recommend this to anyone.

On our way home from a fantastic week at Whalesborough. It's our second year visiting and can 100% guarantee we'll be back next year. Cottages are gorgeous, spa is stunning and the grounds, indoor & outdoor pools, play barn, mini beach, outdoor play areas, farm and tennis courts are perfect for our little boy! Just spent a perfect time here celebrating with a large family party staying in three of the Cottages all of which are lovely and very individual ! We will definitely be back thank you to James and Sharon and family for making such a great place to stay ! Amazing leisure facilities and luxury accommodation the snow made our stay even better with the log burners being put to good use ! Thanks also to The Weir restaurant who made us feel so welcome and provided us with exclusive use for my husband's 60th birthday dinner the food was very good and the staff were lovely !

Can't fault anything about our stay so thanks again and see you soon !

Just returned from a family holiday here which everyone absolutely loved.

Nan’s luxury house was great and catered for all our needs.

The park right beside the house was great for the grandchildren and even better the outside pool at the bottom of our garden.

The spa was amazing and all staff are very friendly and the owners are really hands on.

Will definitely be returning.

Just home from a lovely relaxing week,we stayed in jacks house which was beautiful. The pool and gym were lovely especially the pool,utter bliss.We travelled the area and relaxed back at the house in the evening. With two teens we had a great week.

Just home after a fantastic holiday 3 generations under one roof! My parents booked it after staying last year. Facilities are 5 star. From the accommodation to the pool to the spa. Every little detail thought of, fab facilities for dogs to make it a truely family holiday. Tractor rides to the beach and the kids can help collect the eggs in the morning as well as letting off steam in the play barn or outside play park. We will be looking to go back next year!

Just got back after a brill week all I can say is wow what a lovely place to stay, lots to do for families with young children and dogs. had a swim in the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi everyday and the amazing new indoor pool. we will definitely by visiting again thank you

Having been given the most amazing spa day this christmas by my wonderful husband!! I also discovered these holiday cottages.There is a walk and bike track down to Widemouth Bay, the facilities are AMAZING! The restaurant incredible and if you ever fancy a holiday this summer in Cornwall, i couldn't recommend it more!

Fantastic Christmas holiday with the family! We had lots of lovely walks out everyday. We also enjoyed the spa, swimming pool and our two year old loved the play barn. There's lots of little cars and diggers, a slide and ball pit. There's also basket ball, badminton, tennis, football, air hockey, table football and much more! Certainly caters for all the family. Dog friendly cottages with indoor and outdoor dog wash facilities. Lots to do, if you like the outdoors there's places near by to go kayaking, climbing and bike riding. Lovely little pet corner on site with chickens, ducks, pigs and goats. Id love to come back in the summer and use the outdoor pool. Thank you for a great holiday we really enjoyed it.

Everything is amazing, Jacks house was just right for us, so much space, great views, everyone so friendly, great spa treatments and pool, five of us plus two dogs, can't fault anything!! Will be back again!! Thank you!

Came here for family holiday, great views, lots to do, lovely indoor and outdoor pools, lots to do in the games barn kitted out with football, table tennis, badminton and smaller room within with table football, air hockey and lovely walks into bude, I'd definitely like to come back
