Wow what a lovely place I can’t describe the warm and welcoming atmosphere adequately enough to convey how nice it is here but will say I love this place and the hosts are amazing so don’t miss your chance to stay here and soak in some country life and have a swim while you are at it because there is a pool � and pool � too in the games room, there should be more stars so I can give it 10/10

What a fantastic place...... Such lovely people such a fantastic welcome. The cottage we stayed in felt like home the minute we walked through the door.... we absolutely love it here and cannot wait to come back with the bikes and the dog..... Went there as a birthday treat for our son who is about to turn 9. He had a fab day. All the guys are great with the kids. Everything is provided and the kids are taught in a language they understand. He smiled all day and was even grinning when he fell off. You do need a sat nav to find this place as it appears to be in the middle of no where. Another big plus is that it's inside. It rained all day yesterday, but that didn't spoil anything.

We went with a group from our office, Andrew and the team catered for all of us, he was great with the youngsters and taught them how to ride a motorbike for the first time. Kids to adults (big kids), we left with smiles all round.

We have just visited Andrew at Wheeldon, all the way from Marbella (Via Okehampton) and what a day we had, brilliant isn't giving it justice, we were well looked after from the moment we arrived. I can't thank Andrew enough and also Steve who helped when booking, brilliant place and we will defiantly be back. Thanks for everything.. Including the Pub lunch recommendation!! Thanks. We had a team day out with a group of ten, varied ages and skills from virgin riders to more experience. Andrew, Jim and the team made a very enjoyable day out for us all. Would highly recommend! �

Took my 7yrs old son here for his birthday as he was desperate to give it a go, he’s tiny for his age but they had a bike perfect size for him & all the gear .... he so enjoyed it we will definitely be going back.

This place is incredible, me and my father In law booked up for a day at the off road academy and it was amazing. Just us 2 and Andrew imparting us with his wisdom, as someone who has never ridden off road before lunch I felt like a riding god sliding the bike around the indoor track. After lunch the outdoor track and a bigger bike. MY GOD! What a day! Lovely lunch too. Left feeling tired but very very happy. I really hope to get back one day!

This place and the people are brilliant, don’t think about it just get booked up and go down there all riders all ages all abilities will have such a great time, and if you are offers food as part of your package then snap that right up 12 of us had such a fantastic time and a fantastic bbq afterwards can’t praise these guys enough , thank you so much for making my brothers stag do so much fun !!

The best stag experience you could ever want safe great value for money and amazing scenery to boot.

Superb! Amazing 'one of a kind' indoor facility with very adept instruction, perfectly prepped bikes, something for everyone, good quality gear. The kids dream about going back it's heaven for them!

Stayed last week in the cottage with family, had a fantastic week, great facilities, games room, gym, indoor pool which we used everyday, Even had a go on the motorbikes which I’ve never riden one before, absolutely loved it, what a great place would highly recommend

My mate; Michael and I are staying at the fabulous cottages on-site at Wheeldon. The self-catered cottage (Foxglove) we are in is awesome and huge - two double bedrooms with ensuites and two rooms with bunks and a separate bathroom. It has a dishasher, microwave, two tvs and is split on two levels. There is also a huge outdoor courtyard with BBQ.



Today one of the owners, Jim, gave Michael and I our first experience riding dirt bikes. We had never been on dirt bikes before (road bikes only)- Jim was really thorough and noticed our riding strengths and weaknesses immediately. We gained confidence in riding up and down hills and trails and then on the indoor MX track. It is totally addictive and we both loved the technical aspects of the riding.



Jim is really talented with over 40 years of experience and gave us his complete attention. We are participating in a Dave Thorpe off-road full day training at the centre tomorrow and, as novice dirt bikers, today was the perfect introduction to lead us into the day ahead.



Justine (Jim's wife) and his brother and all the other people on site are lovely and available to answer and questions. Billy and Dotsy, the farm dogs are great fun also! Steve (who assists in the booking process) is very responsive. There is a large communal games room with pool table and ping pong, dvd and TV etc.



It is about a 45min drive from Exeter airport and in beautiful countryside.



We will be back for sure!

My family and I had a great holiday here. The cottage we stayed in was lovely and had everything we needed. The log burner was a real bonus with as many free logs as we wanted. The owners were great, very friendly and always willing to help. The boys and I had a go on the off road bikes. The indoor area is amazing and is perfect to learn on. The instructor was brilliant with us and very encouraging. I also went for a run round some local roads and green lanes which was brilliant fun and I would highly recommend it.

I introduced my son Jake to the junior academy training.

Not only did he love the experience, the staff there are fantastic very firm but also with the kids interests at heart. Well done wheeldon centre. You now have 2 new fans. And thank you.

Had a great session at Wheeldon Offroad Centre yesterday. George had only ever ridden an automatic Scooter in Ayia Napa a few weeks ago, Sam is just about to take his full Motorbike test and I've not been on a bike since my 550 in the mid 80s. Andrew was very patient with our mixed ability group and kept offering coaching points all through the sessions. We all grew in confidence and improved under his guidance. Great fun but don't bank on an energetic evening afterwards, we were exhausted!

Had a great day at Wheeldon. First lesson in the shed was a great learning curve then out on the track it all made sense.so different from riding a 1000 cc road bike.best fun I’ve had for ages differently go again. � fun ��

Awesome! Great setup and lovely people. Went for a half day session as a very inexperienced bike rider and total off-road beginner and learnt absolutely loads. The place and staff far exceeded my expectations and I'll certainly be heading back. ���

Amazing time for Dave Gray's 40th birthday celebrations hosted by Andrew and Jim who are absolute gentlemen. Very patient with myself a compete beginner and allowing the expert riders in our group to just get on with it. The cottages were very comfortable and clean. Couldn't recommend this enough to complete novices or high standard riders. Consiquently we are already talking about another visit. Thank you Andrew and Jim
