• IMPORTANT• Due to an unexpected 60th birthday surprise, we will now be away this coming weekend. With this in mind we wanted to let you know that although the shop will remain open, any orders placed after 7pm on Thursday 13th December will not be sent until Tuesday 18th December. • IMPORTANT • Please read below for our last working and therefore last posting dates for UK deliveries before Christmas. These will be as follows: ~ • Tuesday 18th December will be the last posting date for Royal Mail 2nd Class. ~ • Thursday 20th December will be the last posting date for Royal Mail 1st Class.... ~ • Thursday 20th December will be the last posting date for Parcel Force 48 Hour Courier UK Mainland. ~ • Friday 21st December will be the last posting date for Parcel Force 24 Hour Courier UK Mainland. ~ • We will be closing at midnight on Thursday 20th December in order to finalise all of your orders and will reopen again at midday on Monday 24th December. ~ • Between Monday 24th and Wednesday 27th December we will be enjoying an extended Christmas break with our family and so contact will be down to a minimum. ~ • We will be back in the office on Friday 28th December getting your orders ready for posting so although you will be able to place orders over the Christmas break they will not be sent until this date. ~ • On Friday 28th December posting will resume as normal and all of your orders from over the Christmas period will be dispatched. ~ • Please be aware that Tuesday 1st January is also a bank holiday and so any orders placed over the New Year weekend won't be sent until Wednesday 2nd January. ~ • We will then be closed from Friday 4th until Friday 11th January for a well earned holiday! ~ Please contact us if you have any questions or for details on international deliveries and in short, make sure you get your orders placed in plenty of time to avoid any disappointment! :)

• IMPORTANT • Unfortunately we have been without electricity since 4pm this afternoon and despite the workmen’s best efforts it doesn’t look like it will be returning any time soon! This means we have had no internet ever since and have so far been unable to access any of your orders this evening! This is likely to mean a slight delay in sending out your orders which would normally be sent out the next working day! We understand that this is not ideal at this time of year but we will of course keep you updated and thank you in advance for your patience!

• Holiday! • We are going away in September and therefore will be shut for a little over a week! We will be closing at 8pm on Monday 17th September and will reopen at 8pm on Wednesday 26th so please make sure you get any orders placed in plenty of time! We will be working in the morning on Tuesday 18th September to send out your orders and then we won't be back until Thursday 27th! We are leaving the country this time so any emails and messages you send will be responded to when we are home! x

• EXCITING NEWS! • We have now added a “chat” feature which will pop up in the bottom right corner as soon as you arrive at our website! This means you will be able to contact us easily with any questions you may have without having to go to your emails or our Facebook page! These mediums will still be available of course but we hope this will make us even more accessible to you moving forward!

• IMPORTANT • Unfortunately the storms we experienced in Devon on Saturday evening have taken down our very rural telephone line! This means we have had no internet ever since and have so far been unable to access any of your orders! We are currently in the process of arranging a work around so that we can still hopefully get your orders out today but it may mean we are unable to send them until tomorrow (Wednesday 30th May) morning! We will of course keep you updated but thank you in advance for your patience!

• Easter! • We are now closed for Easter break! We will be popping in and out of our emails where possible but we won't be back in the office until Tuesday 3rd April! We hope you all have a lovely weekend whatever you are doing! 🐣🐰🍫

• IMPORTANT • As you may have seen on the news, the West Country has been well and truly hit by another snow bomb which yet again has caused the whole region to come to a stand still! Yesterday afternoon we became snowed in and our delivery drivers can’t get to us so we are packing up your orders as we speak and are going to do our best to get all of them to Exeter in the 4x4. This doesn’t mean however that the original timescales will be met and these delays will most certainly cause a knock on effect for the rest of the week. The website will remain open if you still wish to make your purchases however these will not be sent until the snow and ice have thawed! We hope this will be tomorrow {Tuesday 20th March} but we will keep you updated! Thank you in advance for your patience! x

• IMPORTANT • As you may have seen on the news, the West Country has been well and truly hit by not only the “Beast from the East” but Storm Emma too which has caused the whole region to come to a stand still! All orders that came in until yesterday morning {Thursday 1st March} were sent but they will have only made it to the Post Office and no further! Yesterday afternoon we became snowed in so we will be unable to send any of your orders today as not only can we not get out but our delivery drivers can’t get in! The website will remain open if you still wish to make your purchases however these will not be sent until the snow and ice have thawed!
