We have just got back home from what was one of the best caravan holidays we have ever been on ( we've been on a few now). All 3 of our children have loved it. All The staff were lovely and friendly in all areas of the park, from the maintenance staff to the children's entertainers! The tv stopped working in our caravan and the maintenance team where there to sort it before my husband got back from letting the reception know there was a problem. The children entertainers real made our children's holiday special and enjoyable. Can't wait to come back this time next year! Thank you all the staff that have helped us make more amazing family memories!!

We have had fantastic week at Whitley Bay and couldn't fault anything. From excellent check-in with friendly reception staff to excellent facilities and a lovely caravan. The complex is very clean and well run. The bar staff were brilliant and friendly. The food was excellent with lots of choice. The pool was clean and warm and the life guards were helpful and friendly. Even the security team were lovely and always had a smile and a hello. And then there was the entertainment. We could not have asked for better. Wes and his amazing team Nic, Sian and Luke entertained our 2 children everyday with excellent activities most of which were free and even the ones we paid for were excellent value for money and the kids loved them. The shows at night were brilliant for all the family. Something for everyone. I would recommend Whitley Bay to every age and families and couples alike. Thank you everyone and we will definitely see you again soon. Xx

We had a great time. Weather was so hot. The caravan was privately owned. And zoe the owner was fantastic. She COULDENT do to much for us. Zoe and her family were so helpful. The caravan had everything we needed. Cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, central heating, 2 double room's and the sofa pulled out into a bed. It was very clean. I will be going back. The club was also very good. The staff was very helpful. Food great. We had a great time.

We arrived home yesterday, after originally only booking Monday to Friday but we were having such fun we booked to stay another 3 nights. The staff at this site can’t do enough for you from the great entertainment and bar staff, lifeguards, reception, maintenance and security nothing is to much trouble and they made us feel more than welcome during our stay. The area is beautiful and a great base to explore this part of our wonderful country. The site is smaller than others we’ve been to but I found that you were made to feel part of the Whitley bay ‘family’ by everyone there. Thank you everyone for making our holiday special we will definitely be back xx

The entertainment staff were brilliant, one of the best teams we’ve seen.

Just returned from great weekend. Got the caravan we’d paid for, well situated, spotless.

Used as a base, will definitely return.

Our last night tonight and we don't want to go home. It's been amazing will defo be back in the 6 weeks holidays all the staff have been great we could not fault our caravan thanks Whitley bay for a great holiday see u soon xx

Our caravan was spotlessly clean and comfortable and warm despite the mini beast from the east.

The only complaint was the sea of mud we had to skid over too and fro from the car which will inevitably make the cleaners life harder and deteriorate the caravan quicker.

The most outstanding attribute by far is the staff. They were all polite, friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough positives about the staff: really amazing.

Love this hoilday will be coming back nice little site � which makes it perfect. Not a long walk to the light house where you can see some seals it’s brilliant. Caravan was lovely clock in was 4pm but got there early and got in by 2pm very clean. Staff on site are very friendly and make your holiday and like your are at home. Don’t drive it’s very handy to have a bus out side the Site. Can’t wait for next time ��

Just had a fab weekend in a caravan at this site , complex is kept very clean and kids loved the pool, park and amusements. The entertainment staff are great and would definitely recommend this site :0)

Just got back this evening from a lovely 4 night break. This is the cleanest park resort site we have stayed on. We stayed in a gold standard caravan which had double glazing and central heating. It was cosy , spotlessly clean and lovely and warm. We didn't really use the park facilities as we prefer to do our own thing. It was very wet during our stay but noticed the staff were out in it cleaning up and even tarmaccing at one point ! We thought it was nice that Reception rang us to check if everything was ok. The area is well situated to visit some lovely places we enjoyed walking to the lighthouse , exploring the Abbey at Tynemouth , Beamish and the Pirate escape rooms . Thank you for a nice holiday.

Just came bk from a 4 night stay in gold star caravan at Whitley bay caravan park first sun saver holiday certainaly won’t b the last caravan was spotless staff all friendly so much to do for the lil ones swimming rock pooling kids activity’s out door park etc etc great entertain ment kids had an absolute blast so well done to all the troopers wacky Wes loopy Luke naughty nic and Sian yas all totally made the kids holiday

Just back from an amazing week with my kids, lots to do and see, ate in the lighthouse restaurant food was great and the staff were amazing. Big shout out to Darren the bar manager, who was very helpful and made sure we were looked after, would highly recommend. caravan was lovely, and the views out to the sea were stunning. Will definitely return with my kids. To top it off the weather was brilliant shame our week there had to come to an end. See you again Whitley Bay.

Me and my partner really enjoyed the entertainment on the low season (Monday to thursday) before the high season started (Friday onwards).



Wacky Wes and Naughty Nick made the entertainment very enjoy able and made you very welcome! You made up my entire holiday! Don't ever change what you do, we loved having the banter and the laughs with you guys! Loved everything about you guys �



We will definitely be coming back here again, for another perfect holiday!! ��

Got home yesterday from an amazing weeks stay here and can't wait to return already! With Great facilities , excellent entertainment, wonderful food in the very reasonably priced restaurant and a brilliant staff team who couldn't be more accommodating & ensured everyone had a great time what more could we ask for. The glorious sunshine was of course and added bonus! would recommend this site to anyone young or old they really do cater for everyone and with the beach and lighthouse on your doorstep and a bus service running from outside the camp into various towns every 10 mins there's ample opportunity to explore the local area and all the lovely things it has to offer too thanks for making our holiday such a memorable one

Fantastic 5 days at this park. Pool staff were amazing, couldn’t do more for my 7 and 6 year olds. Entertainment for the kids was also brilliant. We will definitely be back! Special thanks to Mark in the pool and Wes and his fab team ��

Fab time, Caravan spotlessly clean. Free upgrade to the Rio. 5 minutes walk to lighthouse entertainment. The troupers and wacky Wes made our holiday. Great with the kids, particularly enjoyed the magic show and Steves animal exhibit. The daily activities for the kids were great. Troupers really took the time to engage with families throughout the week. Enjoyed the pool paddlers, basically had the pool to our selves. It’s small but does the job. Will definitely return. Thanks parkdean for a great week.

Booked last minute for a 4 night stay for £99. Caravan was really nice and clean and close to the swimming pool and clubhouse. Staff friendly and approachable.

Close to beach, lighthouse and brilliant transport links. Weather was fantastic which also helps.

Only stayed 3 nights due unforeseen circumstances at home but would have loved to stay another night will definitely look to return in the future.

Stayed here for 4 nights last week. Good site, ideal park for kids. Lovely food in restaurant. Pool not ideally young child/toddler friendly. But only a 5mins drive to swimming centre & beach, which is lovely. Kids enjoyed their few days there. Ideal park for a short break.

Nice park staff in the shop so friendly they had ran out of Ice! The young man behind the counter went and got us a bag from the bar!! He went above and beyond his duties well done! Only 2nd day and we like it x

Troupers really took the time to engage with families throughout the week. Enjoyed the pool paddlers, basically had the pool to our selves. It’s small but does the job. Will definitely return. Booked last minute for a 4 night stay for £99. Caravan was really nice and clean and close to the swimming pool and clubhouse. Staff friendly and approachable.

Close to beach, lighthouse and brilliant transport links. Weather was fantastic which also helps.

Only stayed 3 nights due unforeseen circumstances at home but would have loved to stay another night will definitely look to return in the future.

Stayed here for 4 nights last week. Good site, ideal park for kids. Lovely food in restaurant. Pool not ideally young child/toddler friendly. But only a 5mins drive to swimming centre & beach, which is lovely. Kids enjoyed their few days there. Ideal park for a short break.

Nice park staff in the shop so friendly they had ran out of Ice! The young man behind the counter went and got us a bag from the bar!! He went above and beyond his duties well done! Only 2nd day and we like it x
