I am a holistic massage therapist and love and light worker. My treatments are tailored to the needs of the individual whether this be physical, emotional or spiritual, supporting a whole sense of well being. There is no set routine and every massage is unique. I provide a calm and nourishing space for people to revitalise, indulge, to let go and to connect with their bodies in a positive way. The techniques I use are all met with a natural sensitivity and range from relaxation, deep tissue, stretches, mobilisation, lymphatic drainage, gentle holds and energy work. My aim is for clients to leave their treatments feeling bright eyed and calm.
