Woolston & Weston Open Dofe Centre

We will be running drop in evening on the 2nd Thursday of every month (during term time) so if you are interested in starting your Duke of Edinburgh award, need some support on any section in order to complete your award or anything else to do with the Duke of Edinburgh Award come on down to the centre for a chat with the team.

BRONZE EXPEDITIONS! 🌲🌳🏕⛺ We have a Bronze practice expedition running on the first weekend in September. We need more participants to join for it to go ahead so if you are between 14 & 24 years old and would like to join us, or know anyone who would like to start their DofE, message the centre or come down and chat with us on a Thursday evening between 7 and 9pm (Term time only)

It maybe that their school, college or university doesn't run the award or all their school places have been taken for this year, or maybe they are no longer in education and want to start the award or carry on with an award they have already started. Whatever their reason get them to come and visit us in Woolston on a Thursday evening or contact the Open Centre via the Facebook page. We are open to EVERYONE! Thursdays 7-9pm

Thursday 16th March will be a kit night for any golds on expedition at easter. Your team will need to come down and select group kit and tents.

First aid evening all done on Thursday with some of the gold award participants. If you are interested in taking part in your Duke of Edinburgh Award we are open to everyone on Thursday evenings 7pm - 9pm
