Holistic Therapies can really help you to begin self healing, unwind and generally reset yourself. Taking a more holistic approach can help to balance your energy levels and promote all round well being.
I believe that the key to a happy life is to balance mind, body and soul. I aim to offer a range of remedial and relaxation treatments, that help to maintain health and well being the natural way.
During a consultation prior to the treatment, we will discus aspects of your lifestyle in order to decide on the most suitable and effective course of treatment. Every treatment is different and individually tailored to suit, no two treatment plans are the same.
Treatments and consultations are carried out in a private, relaxing and comfortable environment, from my cosy countryside studio. Or from the comfort of your own home if preferred.

On cold days like today, you’ll often find a few hidden hot water bottles to keep you nice and cosy during your treatments.
Heat also helps your muscles and mind relax, and stimulate healthy blood flow to muscles.

I’d just like to inform you all, that yes, I am indeed back from my ridiculously long break!
I’ve spent this year learning new techniques and skills, to promote holistic wellbeing. I am happily offering everyone treatments up to 1.5 hours long for just £30 for all of November!
... I am currently making infused oils and tinctures with plants and flowers from my beautiful organic herb garden. Using a range of plant based therapies all made and grown with love.
I’m also extremely excited to add CBD massage to my long list of therapies, which many of you may know already has an extensive range of healing properties and values.
