Really happy with the service provided by Zero One, there was originally a bit of a hicup and I experienced a slight delay with my order but this was addressed straight away and Zero One resolved the issue and made up for it with great customer service, they offer a price guarantee and I also received a free voucher for a local skirmish that I'll be attending. I'll 100% be purchasing from them again.

Ordered a spare hi-cap G&G GR16 mag on Monday evening and received it on Wednesday morning. Bearing in mind xmas opening hours this was extremely quick. Received the same speedy and professional service when ordered a CM16 a few months back.

I haven't played airsoft yet, however i decided to pop into the store for some information on the gear and also how to get involved. Unfortunately i can't remeber the guys name who helped me in the store, however he is fantastic. He was so friendly and very informative. I will definitely be returning to buy all my gear from this store. Thank you guys.

I can't stress enough that if you talk to the guys who work here, how genuine and helpful they are.

They have decades of airsoft experience, they will do their very best to steer you in the right direction for your demands- I've not yet stumped them with a question either.



It does get incredibly busy in the shop, and for this reason I suggest you don't try and keep a strict time limit when you plan to go. You can so easily end up spending more time there than you had originally planned.

Great shop so helpful and chatty no pressure to buy can spend 3 hours playing with boys toys chatting away wouldnt shop any where else top shop top guys

First visit to the Showroom today, and what a positive experience it was.

Arrived nice and early to buy a G&G TGM Q6 and within minutes I was standing there with it in my hand admiring it while Alex happily went about becoming my "Personal Shopper" and filling the rest of my list - even suggesting good alternatives to the couple of items not in stock - whilst cheerfully chatting away. No question was too stupid, and no request was too much as both he and his colleague were focussed on ensuring that customers got what they needed rather than just filling the till.

A little crowded after a while, given the space available, but even the higher traffic was managed efficiently and with ever present smiles.

If only ALL retail experiences were like this.

Brilliant store lovely staff bring on the national airsoft festival 2017!!

Been to zero one a few times now. Today was for a pistol, I had lots of questions that were answered and got to test fire the ones I was interested in. Each time the staff has had time to offer advice on the products as well as explain pros and cons of other similar products/makes. I would definitely recommend zero one.

Always end up buying bit when I'm here and friendly staff can't ask for more but there current number isnt working could do with being updated so I can check what you have in stock and spend some money.

The store is quite small but crams in a lot of stuff that will fill most needs, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable definitely worth a visit

They have a lovely green message saying to people order before 2pm for next day delivery last couple orders that my partner has ordered for when we go gaming have taken 2-3 days for delivery after paying the £6.95 for the delivery.

Ordered a hop up to be delivered to me on Friday it still has not arrived. It's now Tuesday. I have had no answer from either of the phone lines. I am going to have to talk to the bank to refund my money as you won't answer your phone.

Awful - drove down from Southampton to purchase an Airsoft gun! Entered the shop and got told not to touch anything before even being greeted! Stood in line waiting to be served for over an hour while the only employee stood and dealt with a customer who couldn't even buy a gun in the end as they didn't have a UKARA number. Finally got served and went to purchase the gun I wanted , got to the till and I thought I'd ask what FPS it was doing, was told it was 330!!! I insisted on checking and it actually turned out to be 390!!! Was then told I'd need to pay extra to have it downgraded!!! Needless to say - No Purchase a From Me!!!!! I was generally made to feel unwelcome throughout the whole visit hence the 1* rating.



I'd also like to add that 5* ratings by the staff members who served me don't really count! Perhaps try learning some customer service skills and your customers might leave 5* reviews themselves!!!
