Ladies, forget the shopping channel gadgets and 15 minute ab routines. To get the best looking abs you need strength training and sprints!
A training program including compound lifts (those that recruit a number of large muscle groups) such as deadlifts, squats, bench press, chin-ups, lunges, rows, and overhead presses is much more beneficial than simply doing traditional ab exercises such as sit ups, leg raises and crunches
The squats, deadlifts, chin-ups and lunges all req...uire significant recruitment of the abdominal muscles. Plus, the added benefit of lifting heavy weights will help you build definition in the muscles that make up the ‘six-pack’
Adding some sprint intervals into your routine is another effective way of getting leaner, faster. High intensity sprints help to burn excess fat around the middle and they are especially good if you are pushed for time
So...if your goal is lean abs, a high-volume total body program with sprints is the way to go!

When I first met Hayley it was in a group session which I loved.

Found her classes motivational and inspiring, realised I needed a PT one to one to push myself forward and reach my goals.

So my family bought me a 3 month PT sessions for my birthday.

Wow what can I say, the PTs have given me strength, definition, fitness and confidence. I feel confident and a stronger woman.

I’ve had PT with Hayley on and off for just over 12 months......what have I gained confidence, strength and motivation to carry on. I’m a bit stuck for words because I really don’t know how to write a review that sounds worthy enough to describe how good Hayley really is. She’s the strongest woman I know. She’s the most dedicated woman I know. Nothing stands in her way.

I’ve done a couple of group courses with her and I’ve stuck to it because I really didn’t want to let her down, or myself down.

Don’t get me wrong, she’s not going to be on your back 24/7 making sure you eat the right things - we’re all responsible for our own actions, and we know what we should be doing to achieve our goals, but she’s always there to encourage you, and she sets an example...something to aim for.

I’ve loved every session I’ve done with her, even though I make jokes and complain how hard it is. She’s pushed me to my limits, and I always want more. Big thumbs up from me!

I've had the pleasure of training with Hayley in 121 and group sessions. Hayley is a fantastic trainer who really knows her stuff and is able to inspire and encourage you each step of the way.

I have been having PT with Hayley once a week now since before Christmas. The purpose was to increase my fitness levels but I have gained so much more. The changes in my body have increased my confidence, Hayley pushes me to do things that I wouldn’t go in the gym and do on my own. People think PT is expensive but it is not for all the things you can gain from it. Hayley is an amazing personal trainer. I trained with her in a small group, with other ladies. I not only lost weight but gained a PB on my deadlifts. Hayley helped me gain confidence to use equipment on my own and not in just group training. I would highly recommend Hayley.

Hayley is an amazing coach, she encourages you to push yourself and when you do it’s surprising how much more you can achieve! I love Hayley’s sessions, they are suited for all levels of fitness, but are always tough and challenging and at the same time fun and full of variety! I joined the girls on fire bootcamp in January and that was what essentially kick started my weight loss as I learned how to take control and responsibility for my calorie intake as well as training in my own time to increase my strength from set homework. It also helped build my confidence in the gym using barbells, which I wouldn’t have approached previously. Thank you so much for everything Hayley �
