Wishing I was back in the sun, fed up of this cold weather now 🙃☀️ - - So today’s the day I start putting in the work to feel happy & confident in my body again. For a while I haven’t felt comfortable & I fell out of love with training and I basically couldn’t be arsed to stay on my nutrition plan, I didn’t fall completely off the wagon but enough to make me uncomfortable. On top of this, I haven’t been well for a couple of weeks so I’ve trained when I could or just had to re...st. But today is the day I draw the line & I fully put my all into my nutrition & training. - - My motivation at the minute is my holiday and few lil bits coming up & to be the fittest I have ever been. I don’t go on holiday til June but progress takes time and I want the results to be long term & make a sustainable lifestyle change! I’ve got small goals to achieve weekly so I have something else to keep motivated! - - - There is no point leaving it to a few weeks before your holiday & trying to do everything you can to lose/gain weight - whatever your goal is, then you go on holiday & overindulge, you come back and you’re in the same situation and still feel shit 🤷🏽‍♀️ - - Start working your ass off NOW, put the work in & take each day as it comes. I’ve recently had a few people talk to me about their lack of motivation to exercise, not really bothered about the food they’re consuming and mentally not being into their training, not feeling themselves etc and just falling into a bit of slump!
Not feeling yourself is absolutely fine, not getting every session in and having the odd treat is absolutely fine!! But why not put you and your health first? If someone isn’t feeling themselves and aren’t really in the right head s...pace, why is it the one thing that will actually help and improve that mindset, everyone always sacks off? 🤔 I completely understand how hard it is to drag yourself to the gym when you’re not in it (I’ve been there & I’m sure plenty of others have too) but that one session will help to relieve some stress, improve your mindset and so on! I could go on forever..
Everybody wants progress and to reach their goals, but a lot of people aren’t willing to make a few sacrifices and push through a few struggles to reach their goals and then wonder why they’re still in the same place they were 3 months ago!
Eating well and training has to become a a part of your lifestyle, you have to be suuuper patient & determined, this isn’t a ‘6 weeks I’m going to smash my transformation’ in that time you’re only just starting to make changes!!
You have to push through your mental, physical & emotional struggles to make progress! Mindset is everything 💯
Be happy, positive, work your bloody ass off and be patient.. results will follow hard work🔥🔥
