What a great cafe!! Amazing breakfast and such welcoming staff. They were busy with family's so it's a nice child friendly environment the staff will go above and beyond to make sure everyone has an amazing visit. Also amazing cakes that are to die for.

Very friendly family run business

Cannot help enough when going in with prams and toddlers, high chairs and toys at the ready

The blackberry cake today was delicious - loved the little bit of lemon and the sloe gin jam in the sponge. Bit sad that I had to share it with my other half!

Popped in for a business meeting and stayed for lunch. Lovely staff and great food, a real find! I will definitely be coming back to try those cakes.

Love this place. Lovely to see a nice family cafe in Crookes. Great with kids- my mum came with a young baby and the staff were excellent. Great food as well!

Just had coffee and cake with my daughter who is vegan and gluten . She says how accommodating the staff were and the food was excellent to boot.

Had the beef bourguignon today, it was so good my hangover has practically disappeared. Also, the brownies are to die for! Highly recommend!

Had such a great time here yesterday, really made us feel so welcome, even with my friends tiny human. Really great to find somewhere local that we can go with young families and they were so accommodating! The food is amazing!!! Friendly staff of course and it's so pretty inside. Can't wait to come back !

Had looked forward to trying this place before it opened so as a first time visit I was very impressed. It’s so refreshing to have a proper cafe with home cooking style food on your door step! Everything is always so fancy these days, every cafe seems to be health food or vegan food or along those lines, what happened to classic cafe food? There’s something so perfect about a really nice sandwich, coleslaw and chips! Would highly recommended! It does not disappoint on all fronts and caters to everyone! Can’t wait to try other things on the menu! Had major food envy when the sharing boards came out! On my list for next time.

Had breakfast � this morning, it was superb! The stars � were the bread � and coffee, both very locally sourced! My daughter had the avocado � and tomato � bruschetta and the portion was huge!! Highly recommended!!!

Had a very tasty pannini and salad lunch here with a friend today, washed down with a refreshing pressed elderflower and peach drink. Friendly, excellent service. I'm looking forward to visiting again on Friday to try out their breakfasts

First time visit today. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Went out of their way to sort out a problem with my gluten free order and understood issues of cross contamination. Will be back soon �

Discovered this wonderful place yesterday! Thanks again to the owners who were so warm and welcoming. We enjoyed a lovely cuppa and some amazing homemade carrot cake. We'll definitely be back again and I can't wait to try their menu!

Called in for lunch with my daughter. Table service which is quite unusual nowadays and a bit of a treat. We had paninis which were delicious, and were served with a good dollop of homemade coleslaw and a generous dressed salad on the side. We had a portion of chips to share too, which were gorgeous! We only have one complaint about our visit which is that we were too full to manage any cake!! We’ll certainly be back.

Been today for first visit. Won't be the last. What a charming place with a lovely cosy atmosphere. Very friendly staff and very attentive.

Ordered two pannies and a sandwich which chips and cooked veggie crisps. Pannies and sandwich served with a side salad and coleslaw - very yummy. Couple of cups of tea and cokes and job was done.

Will look to visit for a breakfast and a Sunday lunch in the future. The cakes looked delicious but was too full to have any.

Definitely recommend a visit.

Amazing food, Amazing staff, Amazing cake... just overall Amazing!!!! Everyone is made to feel welcome, big or small and the staff will do their best to accommodate and care for you whether you're 8 months or 80 years. Perfect place for the whole family to be able to relax and enjoy. Keep up the great work!!
