I've been to a couple of classes in the new virtual spin studio and it's brilliant. The lights and music create a great atmosphere. You can go at your own pace and make the session as difficult/easy as you want. If you've not tried a class yet I would recommend giving it a go. Plenty of classes throughout the day.

Had my daughters 3rd birthday party today. It was the perfect setting, loads of room, a bouncy castle and soft play. The staff were excellent and couldn't be more helpful, keeping all the children entertained. They sorted all the party games for me leaving me to sort the buffet. Everyone had loads of fun, and many of my friends have asked about the venue for their children's parties! I would recommend a party here, much better than play centres for 20+ children especially for younger ones. Thanks to all the team, you were all amazing xx

Had my daughter's 4th birthday party at the leisure centre. Everyone was really helpful. My daughter and her friends had a fab time. Thanks to Rachel and Lequita who hosted the party and made the disco party suitable for their age. They did an excellent job and thanks to Hajrah for sorting the booking. Would definitely recommend and would book another party :)

Had a party today for 18 kids on the aqua bounce..with 7 adults to help supervise....it was fantastic. We all had a blast.

Had a great time at the play & bounce session this morning with my 1 year old. All the soft play & bouncy castle was great & in a big area so the children were safe to crawl off a little & explore will definatly return next time. The staff were also great, very welcoming & engaging with the children. Thank you!

Great spin class with Chris yet again tonight. Would be good to see it lasting 45 minutes every time.

Fab range of classes and gym equipment. Have to mention Chris (Fitness Manager) absolutely fab at his job!! Would highly recommend this place.

Being the cheeky lady I am I asked if I could use this gym in my recovery after a broken foot.. as they own this super duper wattbike it was the perfect low impact rehab answer.. I am walking Kilimanjaro for charity and with only 7 weeks till the big off I needed help.. cardio fitness and conditioning.. aston kindly have given me full access free of charge till my departure.. fantastic local gym to have with amazing facilities.. thankyou �

Absolutely loved he Hiit class on Friday with Chris just a shame we can’t have this on the timetable amazing class � an hour of pain but we want more!!!!

I have usedthis poolwithmy family many times ,but our main complaint is ,parents taking their children to swimming lessons walking in to the shower area with shoes on .there are plastic covers ,but I see very few people use them ,we have stopped going because of this .staff are fine ,its been planned wrong .

After being a member for the last 3 years I find a £4 rise in subscriptions rather steep, this is a 20% increase but our wages do not increase by 20%, as my wife & I are both members we will not be continuing with our membership which equates to £600 per year, pure greed on your side.

We were really disappointed with the inflatable session this morning. It was very expensive and much, much smaller than the video on this page. I appreciate that the size of the pool means it can't be any bigger, but working it out it cost £1.30 per go which is extremely expensive when the kids fall off at the start of the inflatable then have to join the back of the queue. In fact most of the time is spent at the side of the pool. A shame as the rest of the facility is lovely and staff are really friendly. Just wouldn't recommend the inflatable session.

Staff lack in Customer Service, can be quite rude. Although the facilities are quite good the swimming timetable is limited, especially in the teaching pool and during the Summer holidays the online timetable was incorrect and the staff didn't even seem to know when it was open to the public! The pools can be quite cold and the changing facilities always seem to have an unpleasant smell...

Disappointed with the inflatable fun session this morning. Very overpriced for what you get (nearly £30 for a family of 4) as most of the hour is spent queuing at the pool side and if you fall off you have to go back round and queue again. As others have stated in previous reviews, it looked much bigger in the video (such is life!) The life jackets were a bit of an overkill as well. I appreciate its probably good for the younger kids but as a 33 year old, 5' 7" proficient swimmer, what do I need to wear one for, really?

On the plus side, the pool and facilities are really clean and staff are friendly.

I can't thank Simon the dude with the glasses(so sorry I can't remember your name) and Keith enough I've been using gym for about 3 months now and thanks to these 3 I've lost 1stone and 7lb since starting and the Zumba and sh'bam classes are great fun it always puts a smile on my face after sweating to death in the gym although I'm not that good at it I can't wait till kids are back at school so I have time to do them again

Had my daughters 3rd birthday party today. It was the perfect setting, loads of room, a bouncy castle and soft play. The staff were excellent and couldn't be more helpful, keeping all the children entertained. They sorted all the party games for me leaving me to sort the buffet. Everyone had loads of fun, and many of my friends have asked about the venue for their children's parties! I would recommend a party here, much better than play centres for 20+ children especially for younger ones. Thanks to all the team, you were all amazing xx

Had my daughter's 4th birthday party at the leisure centre. Everyone was really helpful. My daughter and her friends had a fab time. Thanks to Rachel and Lequita who hosted the party and made the disco party suitable for their age. They did an excellent job and thanks to Hajrah for sorting the booking. Would definitely recommend and would book another party :)

Had a party today for 18 kids on the aqua bounce..with 7 adults to help supervise....it was fantastic. We all had a blast.

Had a great time at the play & bounce session this morning with my 1 year old. All the soft play & bouncy castle was great & in a big area so the children were safe to crawl off a little & explore will definatly return next time. The staff were also great, very welcoming & engaging with the children. Thank you!

Great spin class with Chris yet again tonight. Would be good to see it lasting 45 minutes every time.

Fab range of classes and gym equipment. Have to mention Chris (Fitness Manager) absolutely fab at his job!! Would highly recommend this place.

Being the cheeky lady I am I asked if I could use this gym in my recovery after a broken foot.. as they own this super duper wattbike it was the perfect low impact rehab answer.. I am walking Kilimanjaro for charity and with only 7 weeks till the big off I needed help.. cardio fitness and conditioning.. aston kindly have given me full access free of charge till my departure.. fantastic local gym to have with amazing facilities.. thankyou �

Absolutely loved he Hiit class on Friday with Chris just a shame we can’t have this on the timetable amazing class � an hour of pain but we want more!!!!

I have usedthis poolwithmy family many times ,but our main complaint is ,parents taking their children to swimming lessons walking in to the shower area with shoes on .there are plastic covers ,but I see very few people use them ,we have stopped going because of this .staff are fine ,its been planned wrong .

After being a member for the last 3 years I find a £4 rise in subscriptions rather steep, this is a 20% increase but our wages do not increase by 20%, as my wife & I are both members we will not be continuing with our membership which equates to £600 per year, pure greed on your side.

We were really disappointed with the inflatable session this morning. It was very expensive and much, much smaller than the video on this page. I appreciate that the size of the pool means it can't be any bigger, but working it out it cost £1.30 per go which is extremely expensive when the kids fall off at the start of the inflatable then have to join the back of the queue. In fact most of the time is spent at the side of the pool. A shame as the rest of the facility is lovely and staff are really friendly. Just wouldn't recommend the inflatable session.

Staff lack in Customer Service, can be quite rude. Although the facilities are quite good the swimming timetable is limited, especially in the teaching pool and during the Summer holidays the online timetable was incorrect and the staff didn't even seem to know when it was open to the public! The pools can be quite cold and the changing facilities always seem to have an unpleasant smell...

Disappointed with the inflatable fun session this morning. Very overpriced for what you get (nearly £30 for a family of 4) as most of the hour is spent queuing at the pool side and if you fall off you have to go back round and queue again. As others have stated in previous reviews, it looked much bigger in the video (such is life!) The life jackets were a bit of an overkill as well. I appreciate its probably good for the younger kids but as a 33 year old, 5' 7" proficient swimmer, what do I need to wear one for, really?

On the plus side, the pool and facilities are really clean and staff are friendly.
