Awesome Walls Sheffield Description
Awesome Walls Sheffield is the fifth in the family of Awesome Walls Climbing Centres.
The Climbing House, Liverpool 1996

AWCC Dublin 2012
We aim to be open Awesome Walls Sheffield early 2013.
We aim to create a climbing centre that will be second to none in England.

Building on the experience gained over the last 14 years in the climbing wall business we're looking forward in opening a progressive state of the art indoor climbing facility.
We have on-site car parking for 70 vehicles, Garter Street is only 5 minutes from the M1 and city centre.

We're not a big blue collar company, we're just a small company with a passion for operating good quality climbing centres.

Itallian Stallion Michele Caminati has been updating the wings on the main wall: Line 84 - Green 6a+, Orange 7a. Line 85 - Pink 6b, Red 6c+, Black 7c.... Line 91 - Red 6b, Green 7b. Line 92 - Blue 6b, Orange 6c, White 7a+.
Yours truly has also had a morning on the static line: Line 74 - Red 5, Green 6b, Black 6c.

Went today for a taster session having never done anything like this before, and it was great. After an hour we had enough safety knowledge to be able to be left to climb on our own. The instructor was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend giving it a go.
Really good place great staff good climbing and bouldering
My daughter had a fabulous party and the staff were absolutely lovely and fantastic. I think my daughter will be back to climb as you enjoyed it so much
Hosted a kids party, kids loved it, great for parking.
Had brilliant time climbing today, 5 of us who were all first time climbers. Jack our instructor was brilliant and gave us lots of encouragement and tips. Will certainly be back to climb again soon.
Had a fab taster day yesterday and learnt so much...got the bug so made members and hoping to go a few times a week. Great facilities and very informative staff! My only gripe was that it was so cold...our 6 year old son was shivering. Plus that didn't help the grip being so cold. Maybe more heaters would make it even more enjoyable.
Great place to climb and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Shame they don't have t-shirts like the hoodies though.
Brilliant... did the taster session with my daughter and now we are hooked! Straight after our session we stayed and climbed for a few hours (left alone after proving our safety and retained knowledge) then went straight to buy harnesses and climbing shoes!
Been back several times for 3-4 hours each time and we are both loving it and improving loads.
Awesome Walls is a fantastic chilled place, plenty of room even when busy and great staff (bacon butties awesome too). I love how you are left to your own devises and can climb at your own pace.
We plan to make it at least twice a week whenever possible. We can’t rate Awesome Walls highly enough.
Ps if you are new to climbing, climbing shoes and chalk make a MASSIVE difference!
