Organic garden open day !

Fantastic selection of organic local produce ! Bunched beetroot, purple and green French beans, kale Strawberries ( now down in price ) red white and black currents . Spinach and 🌈 chard !

We are shut this Monday , back open Tuesday when we have High Riggs summer blooms back on sale x

The event was a national initiative which celebrates organic food at the start of the day .

Popped in Saturday afternoon for something to go with dinner. Lovely little shop and well stocked! Bought some Chard, salad and some eggs all of them delicious. Will be back for more!

Miles recommended the Perfect little French Apples for my kids. I think they were called 'par excellence' and they are. X

I spent ages on the internet trying to find a 2.5 l sauerkraut pot ( Lots of 5 l but no 2.5 l) without success then a friend told me they sold them in Barra Organics.

I love this shop, great produce, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Having been a participant in two of their workshops (Chease and fermentation) I'm happy to wholeheartedly and unequivocally recommend Barra Origanics and all that they do.

Pss. You should totally check out the Tyne Chease. It's to die for.
