They've had my car since last Saturday now. Rang yesterday lunchtime chap on the other end said someone would ring me later yesterday afternoon to let me

know what was happening. No call. Rang again this morning and was told they know what the problem is but they're still giving it a good coat of looking at ( probably looking for something to charge me for seeing as it's under warranty) this company's customer service is shocking and I won't be recommending them to anyone in a hurry.

Took our Yeti for a service last month. Asked not to use cleaning products inside, due to asthma sufferer driver. Ignored, and made car smell very strongly. Also scratched car, showed the service rep as soon as valeter drove it round to us, promised a call back the next to to book it for repair, still waiting 5 weeks later, despite calling them a few times, and even them calling us for a customer satisfaction survey. We are replacing the car next year. It will not be with another Skoda if this is how they treat customers.

My review seems to have been taken off! Wonder why! Terrible service & aftercare by above themselves staff, even put wrong in our car, would never buy a new car or take for a service again.
