Well I took my Juke in for a service and walked out having bought a new one! Fantastic buying experience here from Ian and Brianne (and the lady who dealt with the paperwork yesterday was it Anne?) Could not be happier with my new Juke Tekna. Throughout the whole buying experience I was made to feel like a valued customer and very well looked after. This is my second Juke from this dealership and I will be back just hopefully not too soon or my husband may have a heart attack �.

Really easy buying experience with these guys - very happy with the deal on my new Qashqai (31 July '17) and Annie was really lovely to deal with. The Qashqai drives like a dream and I'm loving all the useful gadgets it has - the 360 degree camera is amazing and I love the light that warns you if someone is overtaking and in your blind spot. There is a warning if you get too close to the car in front without braking - basically, if you bump one of these, either someone has hit you or you're a really rubbish driver! I have no excuses for bumps/dints any more!! Thank you Annie and team at Chesterfield xx

Just purchased a brand new Nissan navara in the Savannah yellow. Looks amazing, drives great. Fantastic service from start to finish from Jason, would use these again. Even if I have to travel over an hour to get there.

I can sometimes feel uncomfortable in car dealerships as cars are really not my forte, however the sales team were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and I found the whole experience much more enjoyable than l have before. Just got to pick the colour now!

Fantastic customer service, we came all the way from lincoln as our Nissan dealership in lincoln were crap! Friendly attentive staff, they make a great cuppa � just purchased a new Nissan navara, fantastic drive home. We dealt with Jason he was fantastic from the start, friendly guy and very much an asset to the team. We will be back and would recommend to others.

Terrible, terrible, terrible, the quality of the service, the attitude of the staff, with over 35 years experience in dealing with motor dealerships this is without doubt the worst garage I have ever had the displeasure to attend and they will never have my custom again....

I bought my car from them in November 2016 in a Black Friday deal which included 2 years free servicing and I am STILL waiting for them to actually honour that deal! Dealt with a guy called Conan originally. Have tried to get the manager to sort it but he never calls me back! Also took me over 2 months to get my deposit back and a parcel shelf as the car didn’t come with one! Using social media as a last resort as I’m sick of getting nowhere on the phone!
