i have had my car in for things from mots to repairs and found the service second to none. they contacted me to let me know my mots are due and they made me feel like i was not just a customer but a person there communication with me speaks volumes as it shows they do care about there customers. i will be using them again.
Recently had MOT and some minor work undertaken here on an my astra. Great quality, done on time and well priced! Happy customer

Had a recall letter from Vauxhall so just booked the nearest approved place to my work and so glad I did. From start to finish fantastic service! Lovely friendly and helpful staff...one guy even parked the car for me as I abandoned it after several failed attempts to get in a tiny space � or what seemed tiny with my spacial awareness ���
Defo be back for my M.O.T and service in September!
From collection to drop off, 1st class staff give a fantastic service in all departments
First class service every time I take my car for servicing etc! Would recommend to anyone!

Brilliant guy can’t do enough for you, had a terrible experience with Vauxhall but Kyle really turned my mind into coming back and trying again. Bought a car straight away, no pushing into things just straight up advice and help, can’t thank him enough for all his help, i had lost all faith in Vauxhall but as i said, Kyle got everything back on track. Wouldn’t go to anyone else to buy a car
Yesterday I hated it because I had travelled 10miles from Bakewell to Chesterfield by bus to collect my car at 6.00 and they had shut up shop early! I then had to wait 45 mins for a bus back to Bakewell to get a taxi home to Bradwell. Total cost of journey £26.00!
I have now got to get another 2 buses to collect the car on Monday. Another £7 plus. I will review them again when I hear what they have to say about it.
My car has now been returned to me and BSM have made amends so I am now happy with the service I have received.
Well this place is beyond a joke 3 ppl warned my partner not to take his car for the recall as they said they damage your car and make out its not road worthy etc to get money ....we didn't listen yesterday he took for its recall well now it has a broken spring oil leek and can't be driven we don't have spare money we can't afford to fix it so no were without a car and my partner will be walking to work will be seeking advice on the matter!!!!!
Trying to sort out an issue for over 2 weeks now. Nathan doesn’t call back when he says he will and not did his colleague who ‘promised’ me a callback yesterday. Disappointing as I’ve bought 4 cars from here in the last 8 years. Shocking service once they’ve had your cash

Booked vehicle in for replacement mud flaps following the dealership breaking them during service.
When booking the vehicle in stated that it would have;
- replacement mud flaps
- vehicle safety inspection
- car washed and cleaned
Knowing that I was due a new tyre I was fully expecting that this would be highlighted upon the safety inspection.
Called at 9.15 to say that everything had been done.. double checked to ensure that the vehicle inspection and car had been cleaned to which I was assured off. No vehicle inspection video provided.
Upon collection asked again and said that it had.
To my surprise vehicle hadn’t been cleaned or washed. No paper work provided to say that a inspection had been completed.
Complained and told a manger would contact me.. still waiting..
trust and integrity really lacks!!
It concerns me that a tyre which requires replacement isn’t spotted on inspection.
I have been waiting for a return call from Bristol Street Motors for the last 4 hours although I was told they would call straight back. I've also been waiting for a return call from the Service Department for the last 7 days.
It looks as though everyone's returned to the good old Blakes days when no one could ever be bothered to return a call.
Not the best of advertisements for Bristol Street Motors, not very impressed at all.
