Just taken our Sportage in as the rear suspension spring had sheared, no appointment made as we had to drive past on our way home. Job was done within 24 hours, got a lift home and the service and customer care were first rate ( car had been cleaned and valeted). Would recommend them to anyone.

Just had the first service on my Sportage and must say what fantastic customer service from the friendly staff, while the car was in the workshop I was well looked after in the reception and presented with a video to my phone on the service being carried out which was fully backed up by paperwork for my reference. This level of customer service is the reason I chose Burrows as my dealership, thankyou for everything today.

Just had our first service on the Kia fantastic service, they picked up the car this morning and dropped it back at lunch time, can't ask for better custoer care. Than you Kia

Just had our first service on our Sportage, the reception staff were helpful and friendly, we had a few things that needed looking at, the tyre pressure indicator was coming on all the time and a strange mark had appeared on the gear box trim, the receptionist promised to sort these out and when we picked the car up later(we went into Barnsley instead of waiting) they had been sorted and a new trim ordered, the car had been cleaned inside and out and after making an enquiry about buying some cleaner for the sills on the car they gave us some of the cleaning fluid free of charge. First class service all round, thank you Kia Barnsley

Just had our Kia Ceed serviced and MOT completed. We have had our car from about 3 years old so it had 4 years on the warranty when we got it. Which is mad cos that's one year more year than others offer on a brand new car.



Are we happy and glad we bought a Kia? You bet we are!



From the kind friendly approach of all the staff in the reception, to the professionally put together video reports from the mechanics I can not praise this dealership enough. As for the warranty, it has been worth its weight in gold. Also the ease the service and MOT package (plan my service) we took up has made motoring very easy and worry free for us and I would recommend it to anyone with a Kia vehicle over 3 years.

Bought my picanto last May excellent service then. Had my first service (the car's 4th) yesterday and again excellent service. No fuss, the courtesy car was ready and waiting for me and freshly cleaned. My car was ready before time. Lovely and clean on pick up. Friendly efficient reception staff. Highly recommended.

Bought a car from Burrows last year and Just had my car in for some major worked done on my vehicle which was covered by the warranty. Absolutely brilliant service from these guys. Would recommend buying a car from Burrows to everyone. Thank you.

Wouldn't recommend. Was made to believe needed all brakes replacing asap. Authorised over £500 worth of work only to be told after the work had been done I could've had it done over course of next couple of months. Very underhand tactics. Avoid at all costs. Customer service was very argumentative which only added to the problem. I genuinely wanted to have a good experience but unfortunately it didn't happen. Will not be using again!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered lied rude and overall very disappointing would never recommend this garage poor poor service!
