This cake was from a few weeks ago, but never got round to posting it with moving house... It was for the launch of a new dog grooming business called The Bark Club. The little mounted dogs head was made from sugarpaste as a replica of a broach that the owner had :) Hope business is going well Kelly!

After having a bit of a break due to moving house I am now making cakes again! This was made for Sophie & Ash who got married yesterday at the lovely Whirlowbrook Hall, what a perfect day for a wedding! Congratulations guys :)

This wedding cake was from a couple of weeks ago, delivered to Standedge Tunnel and Visitor Centre for David & Ellen's wedding. The cake tells a little of their story with buildings and landmarks from places special to them, the British & Belgian flags uniting, and little figures of them with EU flag parachutes, as they are going sky diving on their honeymoon! So nice to make something totally different so personal to them too. Congratulations to both of them!

a huge 3 tier engagement cake delivered to Hilton Sheffield yesterday. Each tier was just over 6" tall and were all different flavours.

The best cake ever was collected for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday yesterday! It was perfect in every way. Not only tasted delicious but it was an amazing creation of Peppa Pig and George!! Lucy loved it, her brother loved it, we all LOVED IT!!! Thank you xxx

Some of the best bakes I've ever tasted! I tried the lemon sherbet cake and Christmas cake yesterday at a fair. It was soft and full of flavour that I couldn't resist buying a couple of pieces. Would definitely recommend and will be using if I have an event that needs great cake.

So thrilled with our Graduation cupcakes. Perfect bake, design, flavour. Little black mortar boards! Found Cherrypie on line. A very short notice call, yet Philippa confirmed no problem, even included a specific splash of colour to match my daughters robe sash and delivered them to the restaurant. Thankyou!!

We had an Alice in Wonderland themed day and the cake fitted the theme perfectly with a mad hatters hat tier and buttons to match the bouquets. The cupcakes were DELICIOUS and I can't wait to try the Christmas Cake and Baileys Mudcake, although they look almost too beautiful to cut into! If they make it through the night (doubtful) they will make wonderful gifts :) Every time I see Philippa's cakes I am awestruck by her amazing creations - she is a real talent. I would never buy a celebration cake from anyone else.
