Shes here!! Little Miss Esme Evie Gaines evicted herself from the oven on Friday morning! She is super scrummy and weighed in at an impressive 8lb 11oz! We are now adjusting to a family of 6 kids and looking forward to a lovely xmas!! Merry Christmas to all my loyal customers 🎄🎅

Hi guys! Well its been a pretty good cakey year and i have had some really fun cakes to do, I thank you all for being so loyal! I will now not be taking anymore orders until 2019, obviously I will honour any current orders I have in the diary however as most of you will know i only have 4 weeks left at work and im going to be very busy doing absolutely nothing until a very special pink cake evicts the oven! Hope to see you all next year 😊

More market research!! Takeaway afternoon tea is still a work in process (more freezer space required!) So another idea - who would be interested in 'puddings in a jar'? Looking at two options per week to be collected on a Friday/Saturday or delivered locally - pricing about £3.50 each Would be supplied in a plastic dessert pot (a smaller version of McDonald's smoothy tub). All tubs will include cake of some description. Current examples ... My take on banoffee pie Strawberry cake Sunday Death by chocolate Raspberry and white chocolate There would be limited amounts per week on a first come first served basis

Haha, unreal and amazing, will continue to do so in future because they are cheap, amazing, taste great and always done to perfection, you'd be a fool to go anywhere else! Did my son's christening cake and my nephew's! Wouldn't trust anyone else to do these important cakes!

Fantastic skylander cake. Looked great and tasted lovely highly reccomended.

Amanda is extremely talented. She makes highly professional cakes. I have had several from her but my favourite was when she designed an Olympic Rings cake when my husband was a gamesmaker in 2012.

Above all her cakes taste utterly delicious. She has some interesting secret ingredients that are totally natural that make the cake really sweet and it stays moist as well.

Can’t recommend her highly enough.
