Caravan Bargain Breaks

Sometimes you have to stand back and put things into perspective.
For the last 5 years I have worked so hard building my business up that I have missed out on so much life. Never did I expect to be so busy as I have been!
So....I may be mad (it has been said)
... But from the end of this season I'm cutting my caravans down from 24 to 8!
I will no longer have caravans on Butlins but I will put contact numbers for owners on my caravan page.
My family have supported me so much, but it's now time for me to be a wife, mum, sister, auntie and daughter again without putting the people who mean the world to me on hold.
For those who know me personally, you know my love of driving....and I've been lucky enough to land a good driving job!
I will still have the following caravans

I have missed so much in the last 5 years, I now plan on making up with lost time, travel more, ride my bike more, catch up with friends more and who knows I might find time to start running properly again!

I'm getting with the times!
Moving forward into 2019 I'm hoping to save a few trees by going paperless as much as possible. With this in mind I'm trying a new booking system out.

For those of you who read the reviews a full refund was given to the customer I asked to leave.
I work extremely hard at what I do to make sure you all have a good holiday but after exhausting every avenue with this family there really was nothing more I could do. I ordered a new tv, plumbers changed the cistern, cleaners went back twice apart from buying them a new caravan I was out of options.
I offered them a full refund but the was going to stay....then threatened me wi...th legal action, look north and everything else so at this point I was fighting a loosing battle and admitted defeat and asked them to leave and I would refund them.
For those of you that know me or have stayed with me before. You will know I do my very best to make sure you have a great time and everything is just right.
It is unfortunate when problems occur, most of which are out of my hands, we do get wear and tear on caravans or things break....but I get them fixed as soon as.
And just so you know.....the guy wasn't on the booking form and didn't even stay at the caravan. He was playing keyboard worriers from home!

we stayed in a caravan in chapel it was beautiful and clean the gas ran out when we got there so we phoned kerry and it was changed before we could blink very fast service lovely holiday fantastic all round kerry looks after you will be booking again

We stayed in paddocks 63 at butlins skegness. Lovely caravan. Kids enjoyed it. Cannot thank kerry enough really helpful person. Will be booking with her again if we go back.

We had a great time on our holiday at skegness Butlins. caravan was brilliant . On our departure 2 hours away from Butlins received a call my daughter had left her purse with money an other things in it .Kerry as been very kind in posting this back to us couldn't thank her enough will definitely booking again xx

Me and my little boy have just come back from an under 5’s week at Butlins Skegness where we stayed in one of Caravan Bargain Breaks’ caravans! The caravan is absolutely spotless, so spacious, and very comfy! I would absolutely recommend this company and the caravan we stayed in! Thank you for an amazing break! Definitely a well deserved 5 stars!! �����

A little late in posting.

August 2017 we stayed in Chapel in one of Kerry's caravans. Not our first time and not out last. We have already booked again for October and summer 2018. Our caravan was amazing, clean with everything we required. A small problem with the shower was rectified the same day after a phone call...excellent service.

As owners of holiday home accommodation we would highly recommend Caravan Bargain Breaks for your Lincolnshire self catering holidays.

Stayed in Y29 golden anchor 18-20 Aug. Decor good. The toilet however was completely knackered and leaked flooding the toilet into the hall. Kerry did call maintenance but they couldn’t do anything as needs replacing. They told us Kerry aware & knew this. So I don’t believe the van should been rented til repaired as it’ll damage the van. Advice from maintenance just shove the pipe back in constantly! ! A fully working loo pretty paramount piece of equipment everyone has a basic right to. We weren’t gonna let this completely ruin the break so suffered with 2 kids who were scared to go in the loo and walking on wet carpet. we left towels and a blanket of ours to try dry van out n soak up the water. We ensured van left tidy etc. wouldn’t stay in this one again. We’ve not asked for refund however Kerry offered partial refund when realised the maintenance hadn’t carried a repair out. I’d rent from caravan bargain breaks again.

Paddock 27 was durty and wasted pipe in the bathroom was not connected witch a fix butlins skegness was mint just shame the caravan was s@#t hole
