Hi, and thank you for liking my new page . I am Claire and I recently took over home cooking . I have many years experience as a professional chef , and aim to continue producing high quality food at Homecooking .
as well as our sandwich shop we also deliver locally - free with no minimum spend , telephone orders are also welcome - as all our food is fresh and made to order if you are limited for time -please phone your order in 01227766137.
we also specialize in outside catering , weddings , christenings, funerals , corporate events , children's parties and many more - we will work with you to accommodate all your catering requirements and write a bespoke menu . we also deliver OAP meals - for your loved ones that just need a little support and to give you peace of mind that a fresh home cooked meal will be delivered , please ring the shop for details . Claire was kind enough to donate several bakes and offers to Jack and Paul's fun run a few months ago and my Mum was one of the lucky winners of a dozen cup cakes. Nothing was too much trouble for Claire to fulfill the dietary requirements and we absolutely LOVED our gluten free cupcakes- Oliver (the GF one) said they were 'delicious' and I have to agree.............thank you Claire, we'll be back for more soon xx

I ordered a small buffet for my daughter's 14th birthday a great selection of sandwiches, the quiche was delicious and Claire's rocky road is the best ever. Thank you for taking the stress out of organising a teenagers party! Xx
I have used Homecooking for many years to buy sandwiches and this evening we had a buffet catered by them for my sons leavers presentation. From the moment of enquiring Claire was very helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had children with food allergies and intolerance’s these were catered for in every aspect of the buffet so they weren’t left out at any point. Every cake was gluten free along with crisps. It ment the world to the children that they could eat safely at a function without worry of what they could and couldn’t eat. Everything was labelled clearly and the food was delicious. There was plenty to go around. I will definitely be using homecooking for future events.
Home cooking did a fantastic buffet for our girls 5th Birthday party on Saturday!
Great quality, amazing value for money and even made the cupcakes with superheroes toppers to match in with our theme and all delivered! As well as a separate little lunch box for somebody with food allergies.
Would definitely be using you for future events and would highly recommend!

Claire and the team at Home Cooking catered for my daughter's christening celebration yesterday. The food was excellent, very well presented and it tasted lovely.
