lovely clean hospital, staff and surgeon were lovely and helpful. Although having to have Surgary was the downside (I just hate operations) the day was made better by the care and support provided. Thank you.

The care I received at Claremont was fantastic. The staff and Doctors couldn't do enough for me. I was only a day case today but they were great a big thank you to all staff and Doctors.

The care I have received at Claremont has been second to none. After being 'messed about' at another local hospital I chose to come to the Claremont and I am so, so pleased that I did. My first consultation was within a week. My consultant, Mr. Gillespie, was very professional yet friendly and reassuring and I immediately felt at ease. Most importantly - he listened to me! I had a scan just days later and was admitted for surgery just 3 weeks after my first appointment. The hospital was clean, calm and peaceful. Every single member of staff - in any role - that I met during my stay was friendly and very helpful and made me feel like royalty. Nothing was too much trouble.Thank you all. You are truly wonderful. Oh, and the food was amazing! I almost felt like I didn't want to go home so soon! I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Claremont hospital to anyone.

Looked after from first minute to last everything was very good

If i could id give more than 5 stars. I came in to have my spine fused under Dr Bacon who is absolutely amazing. All the staff are so professional and friendly. Claremont hospital is like a 6 star hotel, the food is the some of the best i have ever had. Thankyou so much! I can walk again!

I would like to thank Mr Simon Longstaff for the cataract operation that he performed yesterday. The theatre staff and hospital staff were excellent, I couldn't fault them. They made the whole experience a positive one. Excellent staff and a lovely hospital, would definitely recommend.

I went for my pre operation appointment yesterday and everyone was so nice and put me at ease.my operation is going to be an hour long and I'm not as nerves now because the nurse I spoke to explained everything.I'm due to go back at 7 am on 17 of this month.they also said that my children are very welcome to come and visit me which is a big deal for my little girl.I'll be glad when my disc has been mended because the syatica pain is out of this world even morphine didn't help.I'm looking forward to meeting the rest of the team x

I know it sounds weird but I loved being a patient at Claremont, I was referred by my doctor to have Carpul Tunnel surgery and I went in as a day patient on the 16th May. I arrived at 7.00 a.m. and from the moment you walk through the door you are looked after.



Claremont is mainly a private hospital but do treat NHS patients which I was and the duty of care is no less than that of a private patient.



Everyone and I mean everyone are so friendly and my surgeon Mr Bostock was really nice, he came to see me before my surgery and put me at ease.



I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

I had surgery at this hospital last week and the care I received was outstanding! The staff was amazing throughout the day I was there, so Thank you to all the staff involved in my treatment and I highly recommend this beautiful hospital! It's very clean, everyone who works there is so polite, very respectful and so up beat. Thank you claremont hospital, now in recovery and doing great! I had an operation on the NHS at Claremont yesterday and cannot fault the professionalism and care given to me by all staff! I arrived as planned at 1pm, had my operation & recovery period and was in the car on my way home by 7:15 pm. So pleased I chose to be seen at this hospital! Also was amazing not to worry about the operation being cancelled, didn't have to phone on the day to check there would be a bed. Really helps reduce the pre op anxiety!

Hi I had key hole this weekend and I would like to say thanks to all the friendly nursing staff and Dr Ali for doing the operation there was so good to you all ways seeing if you are feeling well it was a very relaxing atmosphere thank you for your help..

Had sciatica for many years and just been fobbed off with pain killers from Drs no matter how many times I went. Saw a relief dr then my own and they sent me for a MRI last yeah. I choose Claremont and from there i saw Dr Cole and I had a prolapse dice L4S1. On the 22nd of Dec I choose to have the injection in my back only for it to fail and still having the pain. After then I had the microdiscectomy and removed 15-20% of my disk that was 24th April. Upto now coming upto 4 months all is good. I'd say I'm 95% pain free, I get the odd shooting pain now and again but as Dr Cole says healing takes 9 months for the scar tissue to Finish but the odd pain lasts a few seconds. As of the staff I can't fault them one bit as it was a over night stay.. coffee and biscuits was flowing like a treat always making you feel comfy and very welcome. Very recommended hospital. Thanks very much for the welcome and comfort stay.

Had an op some years ago now An can say I’ve never been treated so well before during and after. I would love to know if I could sign up and only attend this place instead of the mess you about hospitals

From start to finish this hospital is outstanding the hospital cleanliness is 5star, all the staff from front of house right through to theatre staff ward staff was very caring and compassionate and it was no trouble to do anything the food was amazing down to finishing touches of the room set up,Toiletries etc. Thank you for your care and support.�

From my very first consultation to operation 7 weeks later and then to my discharge 7 weeks after that I have been cared for incredibly well.

While recovering at home I had to call them a couple of time's for advice and again fabulous support.

My stay in hospital was marvelous. walking in and being greeted at reception by a loverly lady. Shown up to the ward and being show round by loverly staff.

Answered all my nerve filled questions with compassion/understanding.

Op went great. Sergion found more issues to deal with once he had me in surgery and sorted them to.

Can't fault them at all. Reception,nurses,support workers,domestics,the lady that kept me fed with a very nice breakfast and Mr Carroll the sergion and his team.

what was nice is being greeted when u got out of the lift all the staff introduced them selves who was dealing with u even the theater staff which made it that little bit special

After working as a Nurse in the massively underfunded NHS for over 30 years I was very impressed with the care my son received in day surgery this week. The whole experience was positive and could not be faulted in any way. Feel a bit guilty but seriously considering private health insurance for the family after seeing how efficient everything was at your beautiful hospital set in lovely surroundings. Thank you to everyone who was involved in his care.�

22 nd April 2017 left knee replacement . Nothing too much trouble from the receptionist to . Nursing care . X Ray fella was lovely ( Nigerian ) & Anasthetic man was funny so put me at ease straight away . As I was put to sleep for op . Only down fall was pain management . I was sent home with the same meds I had been on before surgery. So 2 days out of hospital had to phone 111 & see a doc at a walk in centre who immediately put me on liquid morphene. Other than that 1 st class& thank you to Mr Sharma for doing my op on nhs

Had lip fillers in the laser department and was advised to get the 0.5ml juvederm £150, even though I wanted 1ml £200. A couple weeks later and I can't see a difference at all and explain its not the result I wanted even after going by the advice given. And they have said that I have to spend a further £150 to get the other 0.5 equalling £300 even though a 1ml is only £200. Apparently this isn't the first time you've done this, I would have gone with 1ml at first if I knew your advice was just to get me to spend more money. Scammers.
