She actually genuinely listens to what I want, instead of just nodding and then just doing whatever the hell she thinks will look good, she gives me DECENT SIZED glasses of prosecco NONE OF THIS SHOT GLASS SIZED RUBBISH and always makes me feel like a princess. 11/10 will be coming again

Sophie is amazing! I went in today with a line across my hair from highlights and she's completely reformed my hair! I would definitely recommend her! I will be going back to her again, all the other staff were lovely and really welcoming too!

Serena's cuts, knowledge of curly hair (of a varying nature), product advice and wonderful way with my daughters has them full with confidence every time they leave the salon. I always worried that they would be desperate for the day they would be able to straighten their hair, but instead they are fully embracing their curls and rock them with attitude. 8.30pm. I have just received a phone call explaining that my daughters hair appointment for tomorrow is cancelled as stylist is ill and no one else is available to style her hair? The appointment was for her Y11 PROM !!!



I am extremely disappointed and my daughter is very upset



I have been a loyal client for many years and have recommended numerous family members and friends to visit the Salon and have always been very happy.



Today we feel very letdown with the salon

I recently had Kerastraight treatment on my hair by Alecia Middleton. The results have been amazing. I have naturally dry, coarse and grey hair!! So straightening it was taking ages, I just tied it up. Since having Kerastraight I've had my hair down all the time and it needs very little straightening. Fab result!!

Alecia has been my hairdresser for years, and seen my hair change through pregnancies/age etc. She knows my hair, what it needs and has always given me the courage to try new cuts and colours. I would be lost without her! Xx

I literally wouldn’t go anywhere else for my hair done. Lauren is amazing, I get endless compliments when she’s done my hair.

I had never been to Conrad Blandford before and booked an appointment on a whim the night before. When I got to the salon I was all set up for someone to listen to what I said and do the complete opposite. I can not say how pleasantly surprised I was at how beautiful Mel made my hair look. I have received so many compliments on it and even though I had several inches off I love it and look 10 years younger. Thanks Mel I’ll be back soon �

I cannot speak more highly of this salon; it is simply superb. The prices are very reasonable and worth every penny for the service you get, which includes a glass of wine and a head massage if you want one. I've been to several of the stylists now and every time, I've left the salon feeling a million dollars. A special mention goes to Lois, who worked an incredible transformation on a dye-job gone wrong at another salon. No need to go anywhere else in future!

Have been going to Conrad's for 7 year now. Elicia has been doing my hair it always looks fab just what I want it to look like. It's such a treat as all the staff look after you and the service is second to none.

Had a fabulous makeup session with the Amazing Mia she made me feel beautiful thank you guys x

Excellent service again from the lovely Charlotte and her sister Chloe does the best hair wash and massage ever thank you see you in six weeks

Catherine gave me a superbly relaxing back massage and facial. Loved it.

Absolutely amazing! Had a trainee stylist colour correct my hair from a horrible khaki blonde to a white blonde with darker roots. Nothing was too much trouble, free head massage when having my hair washed and no hidden charges either! Everyone was so patient and lovely, and the price I paid for the work done was more than reasonable. I will definitely be back, thank you so so much!!

Nothing was too much trouble, free head massage when having my hair washed and no hidden charges either!
