We had our wedding on the 6th January 2018, I would just like to say I would recommend this company to everyone � all my guests were so impressed by the car and such an amazing service our driver put on for us all. He made me feel so relaxed going to the church and had a laugh with him. Just want to say a massive thankyou. You was amazing and your cars are gorgeous

We had Cupid carriages for our wedding day on 21st July 2018, we were chauffeur driven by Tony, lovely friendly guy, he was very funny and made us laugh ! But was also very professional when he was required to be. We had an amazing time. It's a 5* from us. Thankyou to everyone who made this happen for us from Howard who took our booking and arrangements through to Tony who chauffeured us around on the day, and not to mention popped the cork on our champagne , thankyou once again xx

We got married on 31st May and chose one of the Rolls Royce Phantom's. I was a bit concerned that the distance may be an issue as we are in stoke but the car was on time and looked fantastic.

We booked the Bentley Mulsanne for our wedding on 9th June 2018. From initial enquiries to the day of the wedding, Cupid Carriages were great, very customer friendly and flexible when we wanted to make some changes to the pick up times.

The car was stunning and the driver, Robert, was lovely, very attentive and chatty (which helped with my nerves on the way to the venue!)

Great company, would definitely recommend!

We booked a Porsche Panamera and Tesla Model S for our wedding in June. Both cars arrived on time, looked fabulous, and the drivers were very friendly and professional. We were given bubbly on both trips and a red carpet to step onto when getting out of the car at the wedding venue. For one of our trips the pickup point on a country estate was not easy to find, but the driver managed to be there on time. Thanks again to Howard, and the team for making everything work without any problems.

We booked Cupid carriages after finding our original car company had gone bust for our wedding in burton on trent on July 21st 2018 and so glad we book them now, from start to finish was amazing, the driver Andy was just amazing nothing was to much trouble red carpet was put out ready for me with a glass of champagne, the other driver (sorry can’t remember you name) was so good with the bridesmaids and flower girl even now the flower girls say he was funny I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for helping make our day special.

From the minute Ian picked us up to the minute he left us at our reception venue our experience was amazing. As a panicking bride he helped calm me down, the bottle of bubbly in the car was a lovely touch. Me and my husband can't thank you enough for helping make our wedding day perfect.

Our wedding was back in October 2017 we used Cupid carriages and from booking our appointment to visit the show room was fantastic got to sit in all the cars we wanted to to try to see which we wanted the customer service was great sent us away with a bottle of bubbly and on the day the driver was fantastic lovely chap shame I can't remember his name. I had selected matching Badsworth & Bramwith in Champagne, the correspondence to confirm the timings was second to none and such an amazing service on the day with both drivers for mine/fathers (Badsworth) and the bridesmaids (Bramwith) they were so accommodating and professional. They made us all feel relaxed and excited going to the venue and had a good laugh with them both. You was amazing and your cars are beautiful, I will be highly recommending!

My husband and I used the rolls Royce phantom on the 23rd June for our wedding day. We can not recommend this company enough. Our driver Victor was a lovely gentleman. The car arrived well in advance and all that travelled in the car felt amazing being chauffeured in such a beautiful car. Thank you for a wonderful experience

From start to finish they were wonderful, calling the day before the wedding to check everything and or our minds at ease!! As for the drivers - amazing, unfortunately I didn’t get their names however the two men driving us from St Mary’s in Derby to the West Mill we’re great, an absolute asset you your company! Professional with a sense of humour!! Thank you!!

Booked for two separate days. Limousine we booked broke down on the way to us. Simon went out his way to make sure we got another vehicle sorted. Ended up sending the Bentley flying spur.



Can't fault the service, both Mark and Tony made sure we felt special on the days.

We used Cupid carriages for our wedding on Saturday 7th July, whilst the car was perfect it’s a shame we couldn’t say the same for the driver. On arrival he seemed very annoyed by the fact he had to take my 6 bridesmaids and flower girl to the church and then come back for me the bride, when this was the plan from the beginning and had been organised with your company- yet the driver did not know this. I ended up being 30 minutes late for my own wedding as he took so long to get to and from the church after taking the bridesmaids- to which he then had the cheek to tell my guests that I wasn’t ready and he had to wait around for me which was not the case. Due to the late arrival we only had a short space of time to have some pictures taken after the service, the driver was very rude to my family constantly telling them we needed to hurry up or he was going to have to charge us £150 extra for more time. I understand that we have booked a particular time frame but that kind of attitude is not what you need on your wedding day. The driver was very polite to myself when I got in the car, it’s just a shame he didn’t have this attitude throughout the whole hire.

Since our wedding 3rd June 2018 this has been 1 disappointment after another , not 1 thing did they get right, ribbons wrong colour, no red carpet, no non-Acholic drinks for our flower girls and page boys, 1 bottle of bubbly for myself and attendants which wasn't even offered , no help at all from driver who was not really bothered and, found him more interested in his tip lol , on the hottest day ever no air conditioning , he said open Windows .. and to top it off limo broke down before reaching destination and we were forced to get guests to come and pick us up absolutely ruining the surprise element of the wedding party and my self , and even being asked to get out the car and stand on the road to wait for our guests to pick us up which was dangerous and with 5 small children totally unacceptable ..? We were assured that a limo would pick us up which he did but again no help and he even forgot were we lived over shooting our home , then referred to his tip yet again ... sorry but we will not be using these or even recommending them to anyone , and as off today I'm still waiting for an apology and e-mail with any explanations ..
