Currys Pc World Featuring Carphone Warehouse

I went into your store yesterday looking for a matching kettle & toaster set. I was helped out by a wonderful man who works in the wear house (sorry I didn't get his name). He went above & beyond to help me out & finally I got sorted. He made the experience much better than it could have been & even my daughters (4 & 9) commented on what a nice helpful man he was. He restored my faith in people & I hope my thanks gets passed onto him

Just had our washing machine delivered from currys pc world. We overlooked the fact they turned up an hour late, fair enough, it's a busy time of year. We did not expect the delivery guys to then begin complaining they had to carry it upstairs to our first floor flat (which we told currys at the time of ordering). They then left the washing machine at the top of the stairs for us to try and carry into the kitchen. After they'd left we went down to lock the front door and noticed they'd walked mud into our cream carpet and the packaging has left scrape marks up the wall. We're currently renting a property so will now need to pay to have the carpet cleaned. Absolutely disgusted with the service provided by these 2 delivery guys and will most definitely not be buying from them again.

I think they have bad costumer service I ordered a fridge freezer and a a cooker to be deliver today and my cooker came fine but fridge freezer come smashed and would not leave me my old one as I'd payed for them to be taken away if they left my old one they told me I would have to pay again to have it taken away discussing left glass all over my front when I have kids I have had to clean it my self what a joke phoned to complain and they said I can reimburse you a £20 voucher emm NO THANKS I WILL NOT BE BUYING AGAIN FROM CURRYS !!!!!

Can't even say poor service, because I couldn't get no service. Been in twice for 10 mins on both occasions without being able to get a member of staffs help.

Called in today to buy our son a monitor for Christmas....customer service absolutely disgusting, all I wanted to do was buy it...was told "come back later", it's not as if it was busy, just a handful of customers in there...will take my hard earned money somewhere else!!! Fuming

By the way don't try to message them on the main FB page cos they won't get back to you!!

Bought a brand new tv 7 weeks ago and the speakers have gone on it so not very happy at the moment been told got to book it in for repair and will be with out a tv not good customer service from curry’s at all why should I book it in for repair I will never buy from curry’s again ever
