Lee's Transporter T5.1 has racked up a few miles on the dyno while we have been working on it over the last few weeks.
With over 190 runs since first working on the van, we have done a lot of development work and testing to make this van the most powerful 2.0 TDI Common Rail Transporters we know of!
With a max figure of 297.6bhp & 450ft/lbs (high EGT's) and a safe figure of 289.5bhp & 380ft/lbs this van is quick!
... The dyno graph shows different stages of hardware needed when tuning the 2.0 common rail engines and what effect they had on the power.
Each figure is colour coded and labelled at the bottom of the graph explaining the changes made (CP3 Pump, Race Cams and Race Injectors) all done in conjunction with our GTB2260VK Turbo Kit, FMIC, Hard Pipe Kit and Custom Exhaust.
