Beavertown's any day, any time, easy drinking, go to IPA. This started life as a home-brew. Aiming to create a light, crisp, punchy, go to beer! A beer that you know you can pick up and appreciate or simply kick back, relax and oil your neck with (the name Neck Oil comes from the founder, Logan, fondly remembering his Grandad stating that he was “off down the pub for a pint of neck oil”).
Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly ‘easy’ IPA.

Gin of The Week....
Our GOTW for this glorious bank holiday weekend will be Stone’s Gin. Described as an incredibly quaffable tipple with a cheeky ginger kick, get yourself down this weekend to pair it with a fevertree mixer, for only £4.30!

It's back!
Glenfarclas 105 is a superb cask strength whisky. When the original incarnation was released in 1968, Glenfarclas became the first distillery to release a barrel proof single malt whisky. The bottling was eventually re-named to 105, referring to its alcohol content in British Proof, which equates now to 60% ABV. The 105 doesn't carry an age statement presently, making it rare among Glenfarclas bottlings. There are suggestions that it is matured for 8 to 10 years ...in a combination of both ex-sherry and ex-bourbon barrels. Drying, assertive and richly spiced, the 105 makes for a superb dram, one the Malt Maniacs rated as the best “Bang for your buck” whisky.
Add a drop of water if you please, to explore its depth - and don't be put off by that ABV, there's plenty of flavour here to enjoy.
