Gazco’s Reflex 75T gas fire features three carefully positioned dual burners which put this gas fire in a league of its own. These burners create ultra-realistic flames which are reminiscent of a real wood burning fire. To give this fire a more open-fire look, it has also been fitted with non-reflective glass to bring it to life.
The Reflex 75T i...ncorporates a unique L.E.D under bed lighting kit so you can still get a warm glow from the logs without using any gas or expelling any heat. The L.E.D light option can also be used independently or in conjunction with the gas flames.

I have had my glass door exchanged FOC and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Apparently, ECO fires have had to pay for a new one and not the manufacturer of Heta. As the glass was only 3 months old, I think Heta should have replaced it.

I haven't yet left my review for the Heta 45 multi fuel burner. As I believe it's always best to leave it a couple of months, just in case there's a problem. I was initially extremely pleased after it was fitted in November 2016. I had never owned a burner so was looking forward to the lovely glow of embers on a cold evening. I downloaded the Manuel and researched how to light it. It was brilliant and more importantly I was able to turn down my gas central heating.

However; my joy turned to upset, the glass crackled, just like a shattered car windscreen. I really couldn't understand it. I had followed all instructions to the letter, used B&Q smokeless fuel, as recommended by HETA, only used kiln dried kindling. What could have caused this. I spoke with Andy in February who said he would order a new glass. I phoned back 2 weeks later and Scott came out. Today my partner phoned to chase it up and spoke with Andy who has said, he would order the replacement glass today.

I will keep you all up-to-date with the progress and attach a photo of a 3 month old door (photo in visitor tab)

All being well this will be rectified very soon.

You can always judge if a company is good; They continue their excellent sales service into an equally excellent after sales service.
