My husband Paul bought a Mercedes CLS. He found Europa's customer service to be exceptionally good and would have no hesitation in recommending them, they always went the extra mile. Their salesman James in particular was a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and his attention to detail was outstanding. The whole purchasing experience restored Paul's faith in car dealerships! Many thanks to Europa.

Just got my 10 plate Subaru Outback brought home after its service & MOT and apart from some brake pads renewing it has needed nothing doing again! I've had the car 5 1/2 years now, it's done over 70,000 miles and NOTHING has gone wrong on it. (Hope I haven't just tempted fate). It turns in 46 mpg on average, seats 5 tall adults in comfort and was the only car to get off our estate when we had the bad snow in 2010. It is without doubt the best car I have ever had. (The service from Europa is always superb too).

Just bought an E63 AMG from Charlie at Europa. From first contact on the Monday to collecting the car on the Saturday he delivered an exceptional service. The car was immaculately prepared and serviced, px & finance was arranged with no hassle and the handover was efficient and a pleasure. Having travelled 100 miles to collect the car and not seeing it until I bought it I can say the drive home was a pleasure. Car is as new and runs perfectly. A highly recommended dealer who go the extra mile to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

I am also a disabled customer of Europa Sheffield and have just taken delivery of my superb Eclipse cross 3. Rob Hardy also dealt with my order and had my car ready for me to collect in just 2 weeks. Rob handled my order like a true professional and managed to sort out a problem with ‘Motability’ that I was unable to. Apparently motability had problems processing my application with Europa as they did with the order that I placed with ‘Stoneacre Chesterfield’ an subsequently cancelled due to the attitude of their motability salesman. My problems were with motability having problems which they admitted to. I had no problems at all with Europa because they sorted them out. I am extremely happy with the service that I got from Rob Hardy and as such would wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking to purchase a motability car to go see him.

Many thanks for the great service, I have no problems whatsoever in recommending Europa Mitsubishi to any disabled drivers out there.

Refused to refund deposit after failing to get finance for car. Knew this within hours of taking my deposit. Explained my circumstance before hand. I also advised I had finance pre-approved and would like to speak to them first. I only saw the car on the internet. Garage is 4 - 5 hours away.



Finance company advised it was over priced and I would need to increase my down payment which I could not.



Finance adviser advised that I should have received my deposit back under the good faith that Europa could finance the car.



I found a better spec car for the same year upgraded body kit and alloys with only 23,000 miles on clock instead of 65000.



Europa said I would not get a better car anywhere else but I found 10 within minutes.



New dealer only took 100 deposit plus trade in and took the car of the internet within minutes were europa wanted £1000 deposit but eventually settled for £300.



Reported to trading standards.

Not very good,had my merc for over 25 hours for a "A" service and MOT,still not done. They "forgot" the MOT until reminded late yesterday. Did they get it done first thing today? No. Their service person tries telling me how MOTs are done (grandmother and eggs come to mind) says "find me a MOT place in Sheffield cheaper" so I did exactly that, Pitstop.Tries to argue that his two MOT garages are better. Rubbish,all MOTs are the same,there are agreed standards and subject to appeal if unfair. A MOT tester who falls below the standard faces being dismissed and possible legal action if found to be making work for the employing garage.

I do wish garage staff wouldn't take their customers for fools.
