I am Will Ferraby. Designer and Maker of world class handmade kitchen knives.

My skills are learned from generations of Sheffield knife making families who developed the first stainless steel. I use the last pieces of Sheffield Steel to create unique knives for chef's who want a beautiful tool. I believe in sourcing ethical materials that tell a good story.

Hand-forged, cryogencially hardened (in the UK's only specialised furnace), double tempered, then convex ground creating an edge that will last long, is strong, and is sharp enough to cut the wind. . . or a tomato.
