Saw Charlie for a few niggling pains since starting running and it was the best time and money I've spent so far.

Really practical help and support and she really cared about the events I had coming up and the best way to get me through them.

I will recommend and always come back to her for any further help I might need in the future

Thanks so much ÔŅĹ

I've had a few injuries through sport and found Richard to be amazing, always gets me fit and going again . Having back trouble at the moment and he's worked wonders . I can strongly recommend Fit4-physio

User

I saw Richard after suffering a prolapsed disk in my lower back a couple of months before. Pre my first session I wasn't very mobile and the sciatica in one of my legs was still quite sore and stopping me doing much exercise. From the first session onwards I could see I was improving rapidly thanks to the help and guidance Richard gave me and was feeling much more positive. I'm now pretty much back to normal and back running, playing football and feeling great!

User

I injured my back a week before I was due to run a half marathon. Huge thanks to Sam for working his magic! I not only managed to run the marathon, but I had no aches or pains during or after. Excellent service from both Sam and Charlie Thank you so much ūüôā

I had my first (ever) bike fit with Richard last night. Thank you for spending so much time with me! Very thorough and hugely informative. I‚Äôm really looking forward to riding my adjusted set up ÔŅĹ

User

I first saw Richard in 2014 with a hip problem, then again in 2015 with carpel tunnel syndrome and in 2016 with a slipped disc, followed by torn calf and torn quad muscles. I was initially recommended to Fit4Physio by a friend who said "Richard will sort you out" and indeed he has, many times! In fact I was able to avoid carpel tunnel surgery through regular physio and following Richard's rehab programme.

Richard is extremely thorough in his assessment, very informative in his diagnosis explaining what the injury is, together with how it has been caused and he sets out a clear plan for recovery. I always come away with a thorough understanding as to what I have to do to take responsibility for my injury and my recovery and I am clear as to what Richard is going to do! I am also given information as to how to avoid a similar injury in the future! When I was rehabbing back from my disc Injury, one of the trainers at my gym stated " That's the most comprehensive rehab programme from a physio that I've ever seen".

Richard's knowledge and his understanding of how my body functions always amazes me. I've seen several physios over the years but I wouldn't go anywhere else now. I trust Richard, I respect his knowledge, I admire his professionalism and I love the Fit4Physio ethos towards training, life and work! Richard just gets me back to where I want to be and you can't ask for more than that.

I am physically active and had developed a shoulder injury and a hamstring problem. Charlie did an amazing job identifying what the problems were. After just two days with rehab exercises my shoulder was much better and after two weeks I had no problems doing the Olympic lifts again. The hamstring will require a little more time but I now understand what the problem is and can take account for it when I exercise. Charlie is excellent at diagnosing the problem, massaging problem areas, prescribing effective rehab exercises but perhaps most importantly educates you in good movement patterns to prevent future injury.

User

Great great service. Totally impressed and grateful.
