We love this place...beats a service station stop on our journeys up North!

We had afternoon tea and it was really lovely. The service was good, the food was delicious. We couldn’t eat it all so they packed the cake in a box for us to take away. Lovely.

Really impressed with service I recieived over phone from a member of staff called Penny. Helping me find my perfect water feature. Nothing was too much trouble for her she went out of her way to help me with all my inquiries, Great service. Thank you.

Perfect Santa’s grotto at frosts garden centre Brampton , no waiting at all, been going 3 years and it’s always the same santa and elves which is lovely, especially for the photo at the end, loved the magic Christmas glasses and the kids loved picking there toys at the end, very magical, perfect Santa’s grotto the last 3 years

Came here for breakfast a couple of years back and admit to posting a bad review around service. Having stayed away decided to come here this morning and clearly a different team!!!



First class friendly service with a freshly cooked to order breakfast



This kind of service means I am now going to wander around the garden centre and spend more money which I wouldn't have done a couple of years ago

Came here for Christmas afternoon tea with my friend Emma and it was the best we've ever had. Better than Luton Hoo and Vanessa who served us was amazing!!! She couldn't have done enough for us. Can't wait to come back

Probably (in my opinion) one of the best laid out garden centres locally. The food area was nice and the staff were friendly. Overall, the general merchandise throughout the store, although of good quality, is too expensive (as is the norm for most garden centres) and the cakes in the restaurant are overpriced for the portions available. Generally good, but the inexcusably high price of the products on show is the only reason it loses a star.

Excellent especially at xmas time. Always great coffee. Great cakes too although slightly expensive

We wanted to use a voucher for the cream tea offer they are running but were rudely told they had sold the last scone. We sat down with a different choice, which turned out a dry slice of coffee cake. Disappointed with how we were treated as soon after sitting down other customers had been served cream teas. The garden centre itself is very good and so are the staff that work there. I will not be visiting the restaraunt again though

Three attempts it has take to get my order right and still no luck!!! It’s not like when you serve a breakfast on a Saturday you don’t expect people to want it!!! Really unimpressed!
