A video to describe a new relationship between C7 Health and Gleadless Medical Centre. We are aiming to combine 2 different kinds of expertise into producing some new health care technology to make finding good health care quicker and simpler.

Hello everyone... Just a quick note to say that, due to unprecedented demand, we have already run out of OVER 65 influenza vaccine ("Fluad") :-(
- NHS suppliers are due to deliver to us by close of play Tuesday. We are very sorry and thank those of you who have attended already for your vaccination.
WE STILL HAVE GOOD STOCKS of UNDER 65 and children's influenza vaccines and can administer them to you in the flu clinics noted on this post :-)

Dear patients of Gleadless Medical Centre. I’m afraid I’ve had to take the step of withdrawing the “direct messaging” option to the medical centre’s Facebook page today. This is a shame but unfortunately it was being used as a way of contacting the medical Centre directly about confidential and important matters. I was being personally criticised for not responding in a timely manner whilst also engaged in my clinical work. The page itself remains open and we are happy to continue to use it to have general conversations with our patients. Please remember that if you have a specific medical concern, are frustrated or in pain then contact us directly so that we can work out the best resolution for you or your family members. Dear Patients and families of Gleadless Medical Centre. Many thanks for bearing with the team over the past few weeks and over the coming months as we try to restore a full service. Due to Doctor illness we are very short on routine appointments and know that this will be frustrating. We are trying to cancel as few appointments as possible and allocate people with urgent need sensitively and quickly. We have the same access to Urgent Care as always, speaking to a GP on ...the same day, same day Three Minute Surgery and, when necessary same day GP and Advanced Nurse Practitioner appointments. Please speak with reception about these options. Unfortunately we know there have been intermittent problems with the phone lines into the building recently 😕 We are buying a new phone system to try to fix this. i find most of the doctors friendly and understanding but want to thank dr shrecker for getting my son the help he needs and treating him like a adult and not a teenage boy who is now his biggest fan and would gladly come down too chat lol.cant thank him enough for all the help and support he is giving me and my son

When I need medical assistance they are always there & genuinely helpful

Had some late appointments, but when I was seen, the drs helped me out to find out what was wrong.

bad place waist off time hubby hates going to this place

Looking to moving to another surgery after a number of times being palmed off as dr doesnt care, several incidents since becoming patients jan 2015, same dr, 2016 me and hubby had 24hr blood presure monitors, both told alls ok = another dr put hubby on tablets to lower his bp not sure if im alright, same dr refused sick note leading to loss of benefit, 2wks ago same dr told me/hubby and daughter our chest infection was just a common cold go home, hubby rushed in to NGH by ambulance with symptoms for heart attack week later, were they prescribed antibiotics for him, my daughter and i are self medicating, its the 4th week now!! NOT HAPPY & WONT RECOMMEND!!

Can never get thru wen try ring then wen i do say get doctors to ring still 2 hours later no call when its important about my 1year old

Awful, hypocritical surgery who ignore their own 'standards'. And don't call back regards complaints when they claim they will.
