We recently had a solid roof put on our conservatory and all the windows re-glazed. The price was very competitive and the workmanship outstanding. The builders worked through the Beast from the East onslaught and everything from the roofing to the plastering to the decorating was carried out to the highest professional standards. The aftercare work was equally exemplary. We are thrilled with our new room and can not recommend them highly enough!

We have just had a replacement Edwardian glass conservatory roof installed by Global and I have to say that they have been outstanding from start to finish. Our installation was a bit tricky with a number of technical constraints so I was very careful about my selection of the the right company. The deciding factor in my selection was the clear demonstration of expertise and understanding from the first visit. From there on the service was impeccable and the installation faultless. Thanks to Russell and the team for an excellent job and a great experience, we are delighted with our new conservatory roof which has totally transformed the room.

I have not been looking forward to having this work done to the house as I have an 8month old baby and toddler but it really couldn't have gone better ! The work carried out ran smoothly from start to finish. We also had some building work carried out to knock through walls to reposition a front door and fit patio windows. This again was completed quickly and efficiently without any mess or fuss! Mark's experience is shown through this workmanship and he is just really good at what he does! He worked really well with Bill. The whole team did a fantastic job from the windows to the brickwork and plastering ! The windows look great and of high quality! Pretty much an excellent job all round thanks to everyone at Global, Rach and Steven.

Just had a conservatory installed by this company and I can't recommend them enough ! From start to finish they focused on customer satisfaction and that was exactly what they achieved , a few problems were met along the way as this was a big job but billy sorted things with a firm but fair manner and was able to stick to the timescale agreed ,all the team proved highly skilled and they all made sure we were happy with everything and I must say I am more than happy with the end result , don't think twice about giving this company a call .

I really wanted/needed new windows as mine were old, draughty and not secure. I went through the usual channels of getting quotes. The first company (who I won’t name) sent a young man who’s sales pitch was fresh out of a textbook. His phone ran out of battery and he asked to use my home phone which ended up being every few minutes to phone his manager. The price kept coming down every few minutes then finally to an acceptable price if I signed there and then. Er no! He realised he was going to get nowhere n left looking quite defeated. Then the phone calls started and after 5 in one day I told this company to ‘back off’ and not to call me again! Enter Global Windows. Straight down the line, no bull, this is the price, hows that for you? Fab! I decided they were the ones for me. Then I started fretting. It’s cold, what about the weather, the mess! Billy just said ‘don’t worry, you won’t know we’ve bn’. He was right! I couldn’t believe how clean n tidy everything was. No filling, plastering, redecorating to be done as I had anticipated. They also did the electrics, flooring and plastering. Throughout the process Billy and team have been brilliant. Everything ran according to schedule and everyone we encountered were friendly and professional. There were a few issues along the way caused by issues with the original structure (nothing to do with Globals work) and they were dealt with quickly, effectively and without quibble. The new glass roof has made a big difference too, I was sceptical but it actually does work to retain heat on cold days and it blocks the sun on hot days. I can't recommend them highly enough, great company.

I had my windows and door replaced recently by these guys... well Eric and Alan. . Who cleared and took away all the rubbish.I couldn't fault the windows or the workmanship both are excellent.... would I recommend them most definitely .....

Nothing was too much trouble for Bill and the fitters who sorted any issues out quickly and efficiently. The house looks fabulous. A very happy customer. I definitely recommend Global Windows. When we were looking at companies to do the job we got a number of quotes and right from the off Global's was the most competitive. The price they quoted was final, not like some other companies, who started off with an inflated figure and then kept lowering it! I was however, slightly concerned that they may not compete with the others on quality and service but am glad to say this was not the case at all. Everyone we dealt with was excellent - polite, knowledgeable and professional. They did the job on time, on budget and kept us informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Russell and the team to others.

I received terrible customer service when enquiring about the condition of my white wood grain door which is 6 year old. The door has become yellow and I enquired whether this could be resprayed. I was never inform these

doors would lose there colour, if I knew this I would have bought a coloured door.I was rudely told to just wash my door which I had already done. The gentleman I spoke to was rude and dismissive. I have since sent a letter to the chief executive and it's has now been one month with no response. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received.

The small problems we did come across were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. We are highly delighted with the finished result and would certainly recommend Global 100%. We had a guy from the warranty department round today as we had a few minor issues with our conservatory. He was brilliant, very polite and friendly and he got the problems sorted for us there and then, no fuss at all. Excellent service Global.

Just had a conservatory installed by this company and I can't recommend them enough ! From start to finish they focused on customer satisfaction and that was exactly what they achieved , a few problems were met along the way as this was a big job but billy sorted things with a firm but fair manner and was able to stick to the timescale agreed ,all the team proved highly skilled and they all made sure we were happy with everything and I must say I am more than happy with the end result , don't think twice about giving this company a call .

I really wanted/needed new windows as mine were old, draughty and not secure. I went through the usual channels of getting quotes. The first company (who I won’t name) sent a young man who’s sales pitch was fresh out of a textbook. His phone ran out of battery and he asked to use my home phone which ended up being every few minutes to phone his manager. The price kept coming down every few minutes then finally to an acceptable price if I signed there and then. Er no! He realised he was going to get nowhere n left looking quite defeated. Then the phone calls started and after 5 in one day I told this company to ‘back off’ and not to call me again! Enter Global Windows. Straight down the line, no bull, this is the price, hows that for you? Fab! I decided they were the ones for me. Then I started fretting. It’s cold, what about the weather, the mess! Billy just said ‘don’t worry, you won’t know we’ve bn’. He was right! I couldn’t believe how clean n tidy everything was. No filling, plastering, redecorating to be done as I had anticipated. The fitters were lovely, quick, professional (and cat lovers!). Three days from start to finish I’ve had the whole house done and two lovely new doors and I couldn’t be happier. I know what it’s like to work in such a competitive business so it’s important to let people know when you’ve had a good service and I can’t recommend Global Windows enough. I have just had my conservatory refurbished by Global Windows, they replaced the whole structure above the dwarf wall, including installing a new glass roof. They also did the electrics, flooring and plastering. Throughout the process Billy and team have been brilliant. Everything ran according to schedule and everyone we encountered were friendly and professional. There were a few issues along the way caused by issues with the original structure (nothing to do with Globals work) and they were dealt with quickly, effectively and without quibble. The new glass roof has made a big difference too, I was sceptical but it actually does work to retain heat on cold days and it blocks the sun on hot days. I can't recommend them highly enough, great company.

I had my windows and door replaced recently by these guys... well Eric and Alan. . Who cleared and took away all the rubbish.I couldn't fault the windows or the workmanship both are excellent.... would I recommend them most definitely .....

Had new windows throughout the house, new door and had French doors installed. The fitters were fantastic and the quality of the doors and windows are top notch. Nothing was too much trouble for Bill and the fitters who sorted any issues out quickly and efficiently. The house looks fabulous. A very happy customer. I definitely recommend Global Windows. Global have just installed our new conservatory and a new composite front door. From start to finish they have met and even exceeded our expectations. When we were looking at companies to do the job we got a number of quotes and right from the off Global's was the most competitive. The price they quoted was final, not like some other companies, who started off with an inflated figure and then kept lowering it! I was however, slightly concerned that they may not compete with the others on quality and service but am glad to say this was not the case at all. Everyone we dealt with was excellent - polite, knowledgeable and professional. They did the job on time, on budget and kept us informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Russell and the team to others.

I received terrible customer service when enquiring about the condition of my white wood grain door which is 6 year old. The door has become yellow and I enquired whether this could be resprayed. I was never inform these

doors would lose there colour, if I knew this I would have bought a coloured door.I was rudely told to just wash my door which I had already done. The gentleman I spoke to was rude and dismissive. I have since sent a letter to the chief executive and it's has now been one month with no response. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received.
