Went to the gin night and it was great, really good atmosphere and the platter was unreal. Would defiantly recommend to others.

Went to Gin night last night, £25 for 5 gins a prosecco and a meat platter with entertainment thrown in, absolute bargain.



The place looks lovely aswel.

Went in today for lunch, had Chicken Pesto Pasta which was delicious. My daughter had the Steak, Mushroom and Onion wrap which was also delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the whole place is bright and clean. The menu is excellent with plenty of choice. I would highly recommend this place, it's just what Mexborough needs.

Went for lunch on Tuesday ,lovely food and lovely staff ,will definitely visit again x

Went for lunch and the staff were really pleasant and really friendly, lovely building and inside decor was bright and clean and pleasant. The menu had a good range of things but wasn’t too big (which I like!). I had the steak mushroom and onion wrap and it was really nice! We had 2 meals and 2 teas and it was £14 so not too damaging on the bank account!

Well to be honest just had a steak � meal and I’m going to be honest not just because my Daughter works there that was worth every penny thank you absolutely beautiful to all please give it a go

Well I am here now with my cousin we have just had the goats cheese and sundried tomato wrap and a chicken and bacon wrapped with fried and it was lovely. The fries weren't greasy and the service was friendly too. The lady who served us was happy to answer our questions too and clearly knew what she was talking about. The atmosphere is light and quite chilled too with some background music. I would recommend it.

Visited last night for the first time. Surroundings are lovely and service great. The food was excellent - I had Moules mariniere and a steak. The mussels were a real taste of France and the steak cooked to perfection. The side of red cabbage was the nicest I've tasted. Definitely will be back.

Lovely meal tonight at the Empress Rooms, affordable luxury. Michelle and team definitely on the right track for success.

I went there on Wednesday for a friends baby shower, we pre-booked! The staff are lovely and the food was amazing! We’re already planning another girls night there! Lovely to have some where nice to go in Mexborough other than Pastures or Spoons! #greatfood #tryit
