My daughter booked a hen do for 25 people through Hays. They were brilliant through the whole process and everything ran really smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble. A young man who works there, Lewis Carr was especially helpful!

Great service from Rebecca and Joe was on holiday in Vegas and planed to travel further onto Miami just before the hurricane hit. Traveling as a big group Haystravel sorted out for us to extend our holiday in Vegas as travel was not advised for Miami x

Booked a short break to Spain for next year after seeing the advert on here. Dealt with Joe, who was lovely, easy to speak with and made the booking simple! My first time dealing with these but will be definitely back again!!

Booked Eurodisney via Hays and everything went smoothly never had to go into the store as Joe sorted it all out over the phone and kept in touch when we needed to know anything.

After ordering currency 2 days in advance, went to collect it to be told that they had ordered Wrong currency for

Prague!

I was flying early hours the following morning. They did phone a different company and I had to travel to go and fetch it

To them receive reply saying thanking for letting them know!

Another e mail from myself still stating that I wasn't happy to receive another e mail to say thank you again for raising this point and they value customer feed back

Booked a trip to Disney before my daughters heart operation had trouble from start now less than two weeks before going found out they booked wrong travel insurance for my daughter so she won't be covered through the insurance we paid for

Still don't know baggage allowance but when been down tickets not ready still and Shanni who was supposed to have sorted everything didn't know baggage said I would have to sort my own insurance and said they was doing training so I would have to leave (even tho I went in shop open hours)

Absolutely disgusting

For someone who has ment to be doing this job for 30 years most certainly should be re trained herself o sacking would be better

Booked a stag do with 30+ lads spending over £10000+ with these for them to mess up with our transfers leaving us all stranded in Portugal!! Not to mention the 100euro deposit every person had to pay at the hotel (after asking the hotel staff why they said it was Hayes that request it) never booking with these again!!!
